A peaceful hidden gem run by the kindest family, offering true hospitality and comfort in the heart of the old town.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The family running the hotel are incredibly kind and hospitable, and they truly make you feel at home. The property itself feels like an oasis in the middle of the old town – peaceful, with a lovely garden, a small swimming pool, sunbeds, and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating to relax in. Breakfast is a generous Turkish spread, and they also cook other dishes on demand. One evening we were even invited to a delicious barbecue dinner, which was such a special experience. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with everything you might need. There’s also a convenient car park right next to the property. Drinks are available at the bar, but you’re also welcome to bring your own, which is a nice touch. This place is a hidden gem – peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting.

Charming backyard with a pool, garden and lounge

Beautiful backyard with a pool, sunbeds, garden, lounge and breakfast area. Really friendly and helpful staff! The backyard is calm, charming and cozy, both daytime and in the night. This is the best reason to book this charming hotel quite close to the harbour and touristic areas.

Some small trouble with the light switches. The girls missed a full body mirror.

The staff was friendly and helped to exchange money The room was small but ok comfortable It was nice to find a real warm blanket in the room, not only sheets that are used as as summer cover

The swimming pool was a good size to swim in it but the water was ice cold The towel rack in the bathroom fell off The breakfast is too late and no choice The owner/administrator solicited 10/10 review and that completely threw me off.

We stayed here as a group of friends and absolutely loved it! Sezgin Boutique Hotel is family-run, and the hospitality is truly exceptional. The hosts are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel is a small green oasis with a beautiful garden, plenty of cozy seating areas, and a peaceful fountain flowing into the pool. Pool towels are provided, which is a nice touch. Every morning, a fresh Turkish-style breakfast buffet is prepared with lots of delicious options. In the evenings, there’s often a barbecue – a lovely way to enjoy local food and connect with other guests. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and town center. Free private parking is available right at the hotel. Overall: calm, welcoming, authentic. If you’re looking for a relaxing and personal stay in Kuşadası, this place is a perfect choice. Would definitely come back!

We loved the quiet secluded treasure that Sezgin Hotel is.

The quaint atmosphere of the hotel was very special. The host was personable and made great suggestions for eating. The location was brilliant and the ability to park the car safely was appreciated.

Breakfast is from 8.30 and the tour pick up was 8.15, so earlier breakfast would be great. The breakfast on the second day showed what we missed out on. Great range of food.

Beautiful 26 room hotel, which was absolutely spotless. staff so lovely and friendly they couldn’t do enough for you to make your stay here really enjoyable. fabulous breakfast so much choice. such good value for your money. Next time we visit Kusadasi we will stay here.

Beautiful garden hotel

I stay at Hotel Sezgin every year, and it always feels like a second home. The garden and pool area are simply beautiful, and there’s nothing quite like enjoying your morning breakfast or evening coffee by the pool such a relaxing experience. The hotel also has free parking, and it’s located just a 2-minute walk from the city center, making it very convenient. Hotel Sezgin is in one of Kuşadası’s most historic neighborhoods, surrounded by charming old houses dating back to ancient Greek times. Don’t let the age of the area fool you it’s full of character and definitely worth exploring. In the evenings, you can enjoy delicious grilled meat or fish dishes, often cooked over a traditional barbecue. Kuşadası is a town full of history, beauty, and life absolutely worth a visit.

Best time in Kusadasi

Location perfect, swimming pool wonderful, breakfast super, Sezgin tried to accommodate us in all ways and succeeded 100%. Suggestions for restaurants and site seeing to our preverance. Safir was a great companion from pickup at Izmir, daytrip to Efes and surroundings, drop off in Bodrum, eating at local restaurants and site seeing as we go to small villages. Was a wonderful 4 nights in KUSADASI.

We stayed 4 nights, I would suggest that the rooms be serviced daily just empty bins, check on toilet paper and fresh towels maybe every 2nd day.

Peaceful garden hotel

The hotel just opened the season I was one of the first customers. It is a very nice family hotel. It is in the city center and walking distance to the port, there is a car park. Has a nice garden with a peaceful atmosphere. I got free coffee from the owner Sezgin... Friendly man.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They cooked us authentic food and they booked us a private tour. They were very kind and helpful.

The only thing was the bedding was sparse. But we did not ask for extra blankets either. I'm sure they would have provided than is we had .

close to the center

not a good breakfast: there was nothing hot, dirty plates at breakfast, the service did not respond to our comments. They didn't care about the customer. Not nice service. We asked for water for breakfast and we heard a high price. Very small parking lot, and you have to leave your car key. Uninteresting neighborhood, burnt buildings. The room looks worse than in the pictures.
