Actually I liked everything
Maybe the only thing, I would like to have tea available in the main restaurant on lunch and dinner, I had go to take it too far

The hotel itself is very beautiful and luxurious. The location is great, right by the water and close to everything. The pools and the waterpark were fun for the kids, and the view was amazing.
The room was still dirty even after housekeeping. There were lots of mosquitoes and spiders. I went to the reception twice to ask for another room, but they didn’t help. My son got bitten all over during the night. Also, it was impossible to find sunbeds after 9 AM, because people were reserving them with towels the night before.
