Incredible, lovely and like at home. :)

We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment, the hosts, and the food. We arrived very late and the host welcomed us with such kindness that we immediately felt at home. They explained where the best beaches were, how to use public transport, and everything that might feel completely new and confusing to someone visiting for the first time. When our beach towels got stolen, they generously let us use theirs. Since we did not take our phones to the beach, the host even drew a map on paper showing us how to get to a specific beach. Every day they greeted us with a smile, always approachable and ready to help with any problem. When my boyfriend needed medical assistance, they called a vehicle for us and helped us find our way, which meant a lot. The breakfast was wonderful, a true Mediterranean spread that kept us full for the whole morning. We kept all our valuables in the safe, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was amazing, we had our own kitchen, always hot water in the bathroom, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi in our room was a bit weak, but it did not bother us because we spent most of our time outside. The sheets and towels were changed regularly and the trash was taken out every day. We really appreciated how attentive the hosts were to every guest, always available for a chat and ready to help. You really feel welcome, as if you are among friends. I was thrilled and I am sure we will return next year. At first I could not believe an apartment could have such a high rating on Booking, but now I understand why. Sending them my warmest regards and I am already looking forward to next summer. :) Teşekkürler!! :)

Disappointed

Property is budget. No frills which I got used to. Old but clean enough and very very basic. I Stayed with my son we had family close by and it’s near ladies beach so we weren’t fussed. Plenty of character I thought…

We were charged for staining sheets. The owners blamed my son tee shirt for staying their sheet and pillowcase and wanted money to replace them. I wouldn’t have minded but these looked like ten year old communist era sheets with holes literally sewn up to repair them. Very petty move and quite cheap. I honestly didn’t want to go back. It was really awkward after that. Never in all the places I’ve stayed have I ever been asked to pay for dirtying sheets. It was very unfortunate. I was ok with the place untill then. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

Homelike and convenient apartments with great hosts!

The location is great, its nearby supermarkets, busstops and the beach with its many restaurants. The apartment building was in a relatively quiet location, which was wonderful. The owners are great hosts, so welcoming, warm and helpful! Breakfast was good and could be customized. Beds were hard but good, the apartment was big and clean, with a little kitchen. It had a very carefree and happy atmosphere! I would love to stay here again.

Making ourselves at home in Kusadasi

This was our favourite spot of our Turkey trip. Mehmet and his brothers treated us like family, and their lovely apartment hotel was so nice. Not too posh, just comfortable . Excellent value for the room and amenities. It's a five-minute stroll to the beach with many great eating and drinking spots and incredible sunsets. Breakfast on site was homemade deliciousness with many choices, or have it all! And their pool and bar area was a super place to while away an afternoon. They gave us great advice about local tours and places of interest (Ephesus, Pamukkale, walk to Kusadasi Castle), and even provided an early breakfast when we had a tour pickup before the usual time. Mehmet arranged for a reasonable local limo to take us down the coast to our next stop in Bodrum. We can't tell you how special and at home these gentlemen made us feel!

There is nothing we would change, except to have spent a few more days there

Inexpensive old hotel in the heart of Ladies Beach for unpretentious travelers

Very friendly and hospitable host Mehmed. Always helped in all matters and was always happy to talk and to help. Delicious breakfasts, quiet location and very green area full of trees, very close to Ladies beach (5 minutes walk) and a dolmushe minibus stop to go to the city center. Supermarkets Carrefour and BIM in a just 3-minute walk. Close to all cafes and sea promenade of Ladies Beach. A small kitchen in the room and a terrace with access to the lawn. Free parking space for rented car.

The rooms are very old and in need of renovation, the furniture is in poor condition. Not very well cleaned in the rooms - sand on the floor, towels are already heavily washed. In the bathroom there is only cold water in the sink, problems with hot water in the evenings after sunset. Few utensils in the kitchen - it's not really possible to cook on your own.

The 3 brothers are very good and accommodating. Out of all the other hotels in turkey we stayed ,this place was the best. Especially the younger brother kept my little boy entertained with cute cats while we were having breakfast. I wish we could stay here few more days. The rooms were good very clean and antique.

Great hotel, great people

The hotel is a family business run by three brothers. That’s why it has a very warm, welcoming and authentic atmosphere. Mehmet and his brothers are always there to help you if you have any questions. They explained us the best way to get to other cities and helped us with our transfers to the airport. They have great sense of humor, are open minded, speak very good English and are very knowledgeable about the area. We felt like we were part of the family and would definitely come back and recommend the hotel! The territory of the hotel is very green and has a nice swimming pool and a lounge area, where the breakfast is served, and where you can enjoy Turkish coffee, wine or just read a book or be with your phone. The closest beach, a supermarket, mini markets and restaurants are within 5 min walk. The hotel is in quiet area. I think all apartments come with a balcony. We had a lovely dinner that we prepared from market vegetables and fish on our balcony one evening! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The towels and sheets are changed twice a week. A place for a wonderful holiday

Excellent location: the beach is 5 minutes walk, there are two supermarkets nearby, there are parking spaces, good homemade breakfasts. The apartments have everything you need: bed linen and towels are changed regularly. There is a refrigerator, dishes, air conditioning. nice terrace. If you are missing something, you will definitely be offered. The hosts are the perfect companions for your holiday. They are very attentive, friendly, help in all matters. They create the basic atmosphere for a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much for everything!

Felling like home

Hospitality and smile and help! These amazing people will make feel like at your home. Since the first minute. Also, it was all perfectly clean, disinfected (because of the Covid-19), clean and spacious rooms and brilliant food. You love it. Beach is very close, also supermarket and bus (dolmuş) stop to go to the city center or elsewhere. Definitely I will come again to this nice and quiet place.

Great Value for the Money

Excellent hosts, who provided valuable information about our visit to Efes. The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. The price one pays for the value here is really lovely. If you are not looking for luxury, but a nice, comfortable place at a good price - this is your accommodation!

Хорошие апартаменты рядом с женским пляжем. Очень приятные хозяева. Хороший турецкий завтрак. В номере есть плита, холодильник, чайник. На террасе есть стол и стулья. Внутри только кровать, шкаф и два дивана. Сам район тихий. При этом рядом есть несколько магазинов и остановка долмуш. Хозяева действительно очень приятные и гостеприимные. Несмотря на небольшие недостатки я могу рекомендовать эти апартаменты. Цена соответствует качеству.

Нам все понравилось, но для информации. Дом и номера видимо были построены в середине прошлого века. Дом совсем не современный. На кухне минимум посуды. Одна маленькая сковородка и кастрюлька. В спальне только одна тумбочка. Розетки все на высоте 150см от пола, не очень удобно. До пляжа не так что бы и близко. Нужно пройтись по улице два квартала.

Прекрасное расположение отеля относительно пляжа, кафе и магазинов: все в шаговой доступности. Хозяева (3 брата) очень приветливы и стараются во всем помочь. Завтраки отличные, порции просто огромные.
