Enjoyable

Breakfast was good

No lift and I couldn’t do the stairs that often. So once I was down I stayed out until I had to go in for the night.

Great for couples

Fantastic location. 30 seconds away from Mayflower Bar. Nice clean rooms, typical Turkish breakfast. Great, friendly helpful staff. Nice small pool area. Tea and coffee facilities in room, air conditioning good. Lots of stairs and no lift. Turkish Tea available all day. Owned by the Manager of Citys Hill Hotel in Kusadasi, we absolutely love Citys Hill Hotel, have had many family holidays there and didn't realise until we arrived that this was the case. For us that was definitely an added bonus 😊

The shower in the bedroom wasn't great. Wouldn't attach to the wall, and would spray absolutely everywhere, the water wasn't very hot. But that's all I can moan about. Otherwise we were very happy here.

Great budget option in Kusadasi centre. Location is fantastic for shopping and eating out. Staff are helpful and kind. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool are is a nice oasis.

Great location close to shops restaurants and bars. Cleaners everyday fresh towels and bottle water topped up every day and staff are super friendly and helpful

A cute place to relax, close to the water.

The breakfast was good – not too special but perfectly fine. The service was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our room and the balcony were big enough.

The staff, from the Manager to supervisors & security all are super friendly & helpful! They actually made our stay great even though the property itself was not how we imagined , but the staff & location left no regrets !

Great central location in the town - and good facilities

Very central location near the town and seafront with a nice roof garden - and very helpful staff on the evening when we checked in.

It is a central location in the old town so there are advantages and disadvantages to this - it is difficult to find parking here and if you have a rental car be careful of the very narrow streets and tight corners!

The location is very convenient. Room is clean. Staff friendly help with information around the area. For the amount of money is great deal. Only concern is no parking and the road to the hotel is narrow and down hill.

Peaceful and close hotel in downtown

Location and kind staff. Breakfast was very generous and varied. The room was very spacious and the location was fabulous and close to downtown. Nice terrace where you can eat outside.

The parking is quite difficult, the streets where to park are very narrow and they don’t have many spaces close to the main door. A bit tricky to drive around those streets.

Nice small hotel

The hotel is located in the touristy area close to the cruise Pier and all the shops and restaurants in Kusadasi and it has a very nice terrace where you can sip tea while you look at all the tourists walking by It´s a very convenient location The room was clean and spacious Breakfast was OK

WiFi was bad, the connection wasn´t reliable and we noticed other guests complaining about it

Very happy with our stay

The location is perfect. Staff were really nice and the rooms were really clean and bed was very comfortable. We had a fridge in our room which was so handy and the aircon worked great. Cleaning services were also very good. It was a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet each morning and the seating out the front of the hotel is so nice to eat and relax.

The pool is lovely but it is small and the surrounding of the pool is a bit unkept. Could do with some TLC but overall it's still a lovely little pool. Also there is no elevator, we were on the third floor so you do have to climb three floors of stairs but it didn't really negatively impact our stay, it's just good to know for booking incase you need a lower floored room.

Most perfect stay

It looked nice, the pool & outside we’re lovely if u only focus on the hotel and not on other peoples property (the nasty review I read wasn’t worth it) The room was amazing, spacious & clean. The airconditioning was amazing and the balcony did wonders too (only 1 room has a functional balcony) the staff was beyond friendly. I have never ever in my life respected a hotel & their staff like this. We will come back since we visit Kusadasi often. Going to another hotel is never an option as long as Eliada still continues to take amazing care of their guests!

If you’re a difficult sleeper the bar street in close proximity can be annoying, but this is every night different and mostly because it’s tourist season. If u wanna enjoy a property in the city tho, you have to accept that it’s busy and that the nightlife is located there that’s just logics and nothing negative in my opinion but more something to bare in mind

Staff very helpful Rooms very clean Modern Excellent location

Nothing not to like however some recommendations… Small choice for breakfast, some pastries and pancakes would have been nice. No shallow end in pool, may not be suitable for young children who are not strong swimmers. Can be a little noisy at night for light sleepers however didn’t keep us awake and the location was worth it. Some minor aesthetic repairs needed in the room where previous guests have caused damage, ie there was a hole in the bathroom door.

Pleasant

The bedroom and bathroom were great. Mini fridge, safety deposit box, kettle, and everything you could want. Clean and comfortable.

Buffet breakfast which no items were covered so food had flies on it. Pool had 8 sunbeds which were tightly placed together in the limited sunshine. Not so good if you wanted to lie by the pool for the day. Lovely rooftop terrace but has no shade at all so unable to use until nighttime.

Everything was good, the room was clean and new, nice bathroom, nice bed, air conditioner and the location was amazing, right in the center but no loud sounds coming from outside. Nothing to complain, quality price was a good stay !

Very noisy ! Right beside a nightclub , I found it very difficult to sleep . Music doesn’t stop until around 4am ! I would not go back . Also doesn’t really look like the photos

Great Breakfast, great location, and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice a big and we also had a lovely balcony which was a nice place to chill in the evening. The pool was an added bonus.
