    Great location next to ferry. Good breakfast. They reacted to fix the hot water problem.

    Walked into a lovely lobby to find out our booked and paid for booking there was a problem, finally given a room key. Entered a room which seemed run down but thought let’s go and get some dinner. Came back around 11pm to have a shower to find it disgusting not cleaned or if it was someone needs the sack. Now time for bed pulled back covers to find a wet patch on sheet made me feel sick so we decided to sleep on top of cover as now very tired. Sleep was an option with road noise, could hear other guests and you could just hear every noise going. We left first thing decided not to have the paid for breakfast first as felt just couldn’t eat in a place that can’t even clean. The man on reception was left in the deep end and done his best having to deal with situation whilst having to answer 3 phone calls when dealing with us.
