We really enjoyed the hotel. Food was amazing,, a real 5 stars level. Everyone is helpful and kind from reception to vale, housekeeping and waiters. Spacious room, king size bed, nice linens, balcony and a nice gesture from the hotel management to out BD weekend. Swimming pool was a great fun for the cold January. There is a Starbucks in the hotel. Looking forward to be back soon!

This hotel is good to come at Summer but not winter.
We have got upgrade with a big room with very good view on sunset.
However, the wind is big and also the A/C is not working. Even though they sent someone to fix up but it still shut down every 1 hour.
So the whole night we need to wake up and on the A/C after we feel freeze inside the bed sheet.
The floor is too cold as well, advise to install heating on the floor.
Bathroom drainage system has a bit clog, water coming out from bath to outside.
It will be totally great in Summer!

Booked a sea view room and after much back and forth between the front desk staff , Agoda and showing my actual booking over and over again was given a side seat view room! This after 2 hours of conversation with all parties.
Extremely disappointed with the staff and service.
