Villa Louise-Rose

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and in a very quiet area. The garden is beautiful and we especially loved the direct access to the river right from the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was a lovely touch, with fresh croissants, baguette, and drinks to start the day. Overall, a peaceful and charming place to stay — highly recommended!

This villa is like paradise! We spent 10 days at the villa with our family of five (2 adults + 3 children). We stayed in two apartments (both with kitchens). The building and garden are architecturally beautiful. The rooms are well-maintained, with stylish furniture and comfortable beds. The beautifully flowered, manicured garden has a swimming pool, which the children enjoyed several times a day between trips to the beach (there's a lifeguarded beach very close to the property). My husband was very happy because you can access the garden by SUP, which you can rent at sea (in the nearby Marina), and enter the Loup River, which is accessed by a jetty accessible from the garden. Trout swim in the turquoise river, and parrots fly overhead – it's beautiful! The owner of the property is very kind, and the property manager takes excellent, professional care of the property and is helpful every day. Delicious French breakfasts served daily in a stylish basket – very convenient. This was the first time we'd traveled without a car, and it was easy and close to everywhere! - by bus (the buses are air-conditioned, tickets can be purchased from the driver, but it's worth having some cash) or by train. The bus from the airport is just a few stops away.

Very quiet area and still easy access to Nice and hiking around. Very beautifully located by a small river and further out; the Mediterranean. Very friendly personnel!

We absolutely loved our 5 night stay at villa - rose Guillaume looked after us so well and was always there to help with anything. We were so impressed with his attention to us as a guest and polite and friendly . The place was clean and tidy and we felt very relaxed by the pool in the garden .

Small Complex. Amazing room felt like an apartment. Stayed in the best room with access to the pool directly from the terrace although the terrace was very private. Excellent fixture and fittings. Bed very comfortable. Feeling of luxury everywhere. Breakfast delivered to your door every morning at your requested time. 5 mins walk to the beach. excellent communication and right on the river with a beautiful pool and garden. Host was attentive but discreet. Access to shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk. Water was crystal clear on the beach.

The suburb is not very pretty however the accommodation makes up for all of it. The beaches were a mixture of pebbles and sand.
