Good location. Friendly staff.

Great location for an overnight stay with short drive to Nice Airport. The hotel is also close to the sea front and plenty of restaurants. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.

There was a bright sensor light outside our room which came on several times during the night, waking us each time. The thin curtains did nothing to diffuse the brightness. The en-suite bathroom light (also very bright) was connected to the sliding door so each night-time trip to the bathroom by one of us inevitably woke the other! Needless to say, we slept very little.

Close to the airport

We are a couple and we wanted to visit the French Riviera. The owner was very pushy and a liar. We were in Cannes visiting and he called us all day that he wants to know exactly the hour of our arrival and he said if we don't get there by 8 pm he will not let us in. We booked his hotel because it was next to the airport and because it had parking. When we got to the hotel he did lie to our faces and inventing stuff that we can't park there because our car is too big even if other guests had bigger cars and he made us park the car in the street. Because of him we didn't enjoy Cannes, we lost our sun glasses because he rushed us and we were very stressed because of him.

A good value choice for a stay in Cagnes

Clean, well presented hotel with quiet, very clean room and comfortable bed and extras like a hairdryer very useful. Owner was polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel was near the beach and local restaurants.

Good location for discovering the area. Quiet very clean room, well appointed for a short stay.

Minimal and tight parking, street parking is quite reasonable though. No elevator, but only one floor so do-able, and the desk clerk kindly carried our bags up.

The location was great and the owner was very friendly. The room was clean and perfectly sufficient for our one night stay.

The parking is first come first serve and fills up quickly, the room was small and didnt have black out curtains so it was very bright in the morning.

Well decorated hotel but rooms small.

Guests received a warm friendly welcome. Hotel looks beautiful well decorated and very clean. Location great Beds were comfortable.

Room and bathroom are to small. The room did not had any water provided and no tea making facility in the room either. Car park is small, but we still were lucky to have most of the time a car park.

Great location but tacky style and offhand hosting

The hotel is on a quiet and pretty street very close to the beach. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Bed was comfortable though pillows hard. Nice outdoor breakfast area which could have been lovely and peaceful but was spoiled by loud souped-up piped music and tacky decorations.

The room had a very small bathroom- rickety plastic shower cubicle - water went from boiling to freezing without warning go half way through the shower. It was advertised as having a terrace but in fact this is also the front car park so noisy with people struggling to park in the limited spaces - and not private. It could have been a nice simple rustic style hotel as the location is brilliant but the decor is very tacky and not in keeping with the area- and the reception constantly smelled of cheap air freshener which made me gag. The manager was the only member of staff we saw and he seemed over-busy and preoccupied with his own activities and making money. A can of coke coat 4 euros and wasn’t even served in a glass with ice. Loud piped music in the reception.

Clean and with good location.

The host was rude and unable/unwilling to communicate in English. Extremely unfriendly to foreign tourists. The room was extra small with very small bed and uncomfortable pillows. The toilet was a space inside the room created with plasterboard. The first day the air-condition was not working and when I informed the host the first reaction was to aggressively reply that it was automatic. Neverthess it was fixed the other day. However the control was taped and I was not able to fix the air-condition's blinds to one comfortable location. The wifi was poor (I was not able to use it for a business call I had to attend). There are more, but in general it was an overpriced waste of money and time (and I travel a lot especially for business). I was extremely happy when I left for my next hotel.

Overall good experience, very clean villa and room (although small but i guess thats common in France), however comfy enough and quiet. Beautiful terrace. Close to the beach just few meters . The owner was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place! 👌
