Great location, great room and great value.

Very nice, clean large room.

Just a small issue with the shower attachment which held the shower head to the side but everything was great!

A nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

A good hotel in an excellent location, with everything close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to the guests’ needs. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It was nice to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, with quality pillows and blankets. We truly had a restful stay. The air conditioning worked well and efficiently. We were very satisfied, can confidently recommend this place, and will definitely return.

Everything was great. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. But the hotel staff was really nice.

Not acceptable

The morning coffee. I paid for it.

Taxi ordered by hôtel did not arrive at the train station. Sheets were not cleaned and filled with sand.

I felt ripped off by an undeclared charge.

Good location

The list of facilities said many things including parking but no mention of charges. The hotel charged me 20 euros for two nights. It listed Wi-Fi but they didn’t charge they listed air conditioning but didn’t charge etc. it’s very underhand to list a facility and then charge for it.

Highly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff. I was able to leave my suitcase during the sightseeing of the city as I had my flight back at night time. Bed is very comfortable, perfect to have a good rest after 17 kms walk in the Sentier du Litoral and surroundings. Just a few minutes walk from train station. Supermarket opposite the hotel. Thanks for great stay!!

ENJOYABLE HOTEL STAY IN CAGNES SUR MER, FRANCE

The employees were very patient and helpful and answered all our questions. One employee helped me drive our car into the garage and showed us how to arrive at the medieval castle. She recommended restaurants for dinner also. Their parking garage is an advantage in this crowded town.

Perfectly located in town, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the parking is spacious (though if you have a big car you might have to maneuver a bit to access), wifi was okay, the room was spacious and clean. All in all a great experience!

The only downside is that there is no lift from the parking lot, so if you have to carry luggage it's uncomfortable.

The receptionist has given the key but forgotton to write the room number. Three times i have reminded of my invoice but they have no sent it by email .
