So, it's fine for a one- or two-night stay, we wouldn't recommend this hotel for a long-term stay.

The beach is right across the street from the hotel.

It was annoying and inconvenient to have to leave our hotel room key in the lobby every time we left. And also the bed sheets weren't changed during our 4 nights stay, even though we requested them on the second day.

Our balcony faces the sea at an angle, offering a sea view, but it can be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road, it also might be to wet from the breeze.

Poor facilities that couldn't be acceptable. 1.We was using the plug in, then the power went out all of a sudden. Worst of all, we called the staffs. She told me that I have to wait more than an hour. They came when we are going to leave. During this period, we couldn't boil the water, dry wet hair and charge the phones. They didn't apply helpful solution in this situation, only they ask me to do is waiting, but I am ready to check out, that disturb all my travel plan. When the electricity staff came, we were leaving with the wet hair and out of power cell phone. Plus we didn't get a apologize or a refund they caused. 2. There are no blackout curtains, only a sheer curtain, which means you’ll be woken up by the light in the morning no matter how late you went to bed the night before. 3. Due to the rush delayed trip, I left a pant at balcony, unfortunately the hotel didn't contact with me to pick it up. The worst thing ever experienced.

Perfect great hotel, great position, train service excellent

We didn't have breakfast. The rooms were brilliant, just everything you need in the room, great to have a small fridge in room working, shutters and AC first class.

Stay in Cagnes sur Mer

The location of the hotel, immediately opposite the beach was superb. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful.

The balcony floor needed sweeping. The shower pressure was low, the room needed upgrading, it was dated. The cupboard doors were concentenaded opening up to the passageway from the hotel room door obstructing movement into the hotel room which was not great...

Lovely hotel lovely staff and great value for money breakfast dreadful

It was very convenient for the beach and the bus stop was right outside. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the balcony was an added bonus

The breakfast was extremely poor. Fruit that hung around for days and no little pots of fresh fruit salad. Co co pops was the only cereal available and the Muesli ran out after a day of our stay so we had no healthy cereal. There was white sliced processed bread for the toaster and over cooked croissants and pain au chocalat. Stodgy unhealthy food.

Nice located for a short stay

We stayed for one night as we want to be close to the airport. Location is great, close to the beach and easy to reach from the airport. Comfortable for a night, and some nice restaurants around. It’s far from the city center but still there is easy transport in nice to move around.

Nothing in particular, good price per what we got. We did not try the breakfast though as it did not look like a good option(only sweet stuff).

Very clean newly reburbed hotel. 3stars and worth it. Great views - shutters to block out noise at night. Very pleasant and friendly staff - great location on the beach 12 mins walk to station to access Nice on a 20 mins train ride or 15 mins the other way to Antibes or 25 to Cannes. Which we did after for 4 nights. Taking our children to visit some of the Côte d’Azur for a school Easter holiday vacation.

Good value for money in a nice location

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the beach and the busy promenade. The room was practical with a large wardrobe, a small sitting area and a balcony. The room had an A/C, which also had a heating function. The room could be fully darkened with electric shutters. I liked its location due to its proximity to the sea and its easy access. It's worth mentioning that there were nearby dinner options, a couple of restaurants and cafes are in easy walking distance. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it was impossible to find any parking spot anywhere near the hotel, not even to stop and drop off luggage. I booked a spot on the hotel parking lot for EUR 10 per night. Other guests in the hotel were partying during the night, which did not allow for a restful sleep.

An OK place but not great

Helpful staff and prompt.

Though it's on the seafront it's actually 25 km from the main Nice town. The room I was given had separate w.c and bathroom which was quite weird.The passage was constantly dark n the lights went out before we could open the door.

The view of the beach from the balcony. The room and balcony exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and 24hr reception. beds were comfortable nice modern decor in room location perfect for the beach and restaurants.

it is in a very busy location for traffic but the noise is blocked by double patio doors at night so it’s not a big deal
