The location with a direct view on Saint Paul de Vence is amazing. It’s very calm and have a lot of attention to details! The host were also really nice and kindly suggested restaurants and places nearby.

Property was lovely, very clean and tidy, everything was very modern. Beds comfortable, aircon worked a breakfast was exactly what you needed, not too heavy. Hosts Laëtitia and Christophe were lovely

Nothing, the only thing I would say is that if you’re not up for walking then get a car. We didn’t mind walking and it was great exercise, but if you do then you need a car

The perfect retreat!

We loved the facility. It was homey but still felt luxurious. The scenery and location were amazing! Christoph and his wife (I didn't get her name) were amazing hosts! They gave us recommendations for restaurants in the town and also a beach in Nice and all of their recommendations were lovely. The breakfasts they delivered were delicious and well varied, and they were always on time.

It was unfortunate that there was a bit of a hike to get to the actual town of St Paul, and the fact that it was a bit difficult to get Ubers out there if you didn't have your own car, but those were related to location, we didn't have any complaints about the accommodation itself.

A beautiful place in a beautiful setting with lovely friendly hosts

Breakfast was delicious and something different every morning. Sat in a beautiful garden and served at your own table. The rooms were beautifully decorated bed and pillows were super comfy with lovely French linen bedding. Pool area gorgeous. Quiet and peaceful.

Quiet, nice place.

Quiet, spacious and beautiful, the ground floor room has a private terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the nearby village.

Unfortunately, the house is very remote, so if you don't know the area, it's difficult to get around. Sometimes we could not go anywhere because no taxi or Uber came to pick us up. The breakfast was very simple, we did not get any vegetables on request. Check in and check out times are very strict, although they eventually sorted out that we didn't get there on time (flight delayed) but it made us feel uncomfortable.

We loved our short stay!

The location of Bastide is great. We could see the village from our window. The house is an old rural house but renovated incredibly well. You get the sense of traditional architecture but with great comfort of modern facilities.

A beautifully restored old stone house set in very quiet shady garden with stunning views up to St Paul de Vence on the hill above. The house has been restored with great style and charm. The pool is perfect… and heated to a comfortable 28 degrees. Bliss.

We really enjoyed our stay! You can have breakfast in the garden with a great view at Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The breakfast itself is great! You get to enjoy all local and bio products with a variety everyday! The room was really cosy and super clean. We had a great time and would recommend this to everyone! The pool was great too! Because it was heated we had the chance to enjoy this even at the beginning of October.

Five lovely days discovering the surrounding area and sampling the delicious food in the restaurants of St Paul de Vence

Exceptionally friendly hosts, extremely informative and flexible. Lovely quiet B&B , quaint rooms with lots of character and good air conditioning. Clean salt water pool with plenty of sun beds, parasols and wonderful views. Ample parking for the 4 rooms. Delicious organic continental breakfast , including local produce. Proximity to Nice airport and the beaches of the Côte d’Azur.

The village was not easily accessed on foot during the day and definitely not in the evening after dark.

wonderful stay

A charming house with a beautiful garden, they payed attention to all details outside and inside. Comfortable room, special bathroom, very clean, modern and with this details attention- everything was bio, very clean and cosy. An elegant breakfast was served in the garden, with very special bread , changing daily, croissants, different jams, some cheese, some ham, juice, butter, coffee. Each breakfast had a little surprise for guests- some fruits, some home made cakes. Charming pool , sunbeds, umbrellas and a very special view of Saint Paul de Vence…

nothing special, maybe just the consistence of the pillows- it consist of something - we dont’t know- like grass, but with an unfriendly smell

A super stay overall !!!

We have spend 5 great days at Bastide Nomade and the hosts Laetitia and Christophe are doing a great job as a host assisting you in recommending places to visit, restaurants to go out for dinner, walks in the environment, etc... Not to forget their comfortable rooms with all the required comfort, the breakfast in the garden with a magnificent view on Saint Paul de Vence and the pool if ever you would like to have lazy day, we did ! We can only recommend it and we will use them again whenever we are planning a holiday in their neighborhood in the future.

Nothing I can really think of, or perhaps one item, fresh orange juice with the breakfast but this really a detail ;-)

Relaxing country stay, but close to everything!

This was one of the most beautiful b&bs we’ve stayed in. Our hosts were amazing and a lot of detail went into the decorating and little touches around the property. Breakfast was delicious, with a fresh basket of different types of bread, cheeses, meats, and a different little treat every day! He gave us ideas for the day, and was very helpful with our limitless questions. The beds were very comfy which next to being clean is a big priority. We would definitely stay again!

We wanted to visit the area close to Saint Paul de Vence.. this was just the perfect place to stay. The host are very kind.. they provided useful insights on the places to visit and restaurants. The swimming pool is fantastic. As is the breakfast.
