The stay was good but it does not have luggage storage.

We did not receive the code for entering the facility until we arrived in Luxembourg airport (we did not have internet access during our flight). It also does not have luggage storage which we only learnt about after we have booked the stay (non-refundable). Although there are storage facilities in the train station, it would be nice if storage was included or if we knew this before making the booking. Other than the above, everything else was good.

The only downsides are the showers and the difficulty of communicating with the staff. Otherwise, it's a pretty good

The room is quite spacious, although the shower and toilet are shared, but they are not far from the room. A refrigerator in the room as well. There is a kitchen with plenty of dishes, a stove and a coffee maker. There are actually a lot of things to use. You can also bake something in the oven. So you can make whatever you want.

The shower was poor, it was difficult to control the water temperature. It was either cold or very hot. I didn't like the fact that there was no communication with the owner. I couldn't tell if my messages had been seen because there was simply no response to them

Because of the fact that the room was really clean I would recommend it to others.

- Very clean and mostly quiet; all in all recommendable - The room was equipped with tea and coffee - Great kitchen

-The cleaning personnel on Saturday was really loud, additionally was my room next to an office of an attorney who was speaking or advising the on Saturday afternoon to different people on a volume which I could clearly hear the whole time - The TV remote control didn’t really work

Very convenient for a quick stay.

Small details would make a difference for a more comfortable stay. For example the pillows were too high. And some bathrooms, that are shared, have no key.

Comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced.

Room was nice and it and the bathroom were clean. Very easy to get the keys on arrival and return them. Was nice to have tea/coffee and kettle in the room. Location wasn’t bad, nice quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk into town. Convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Only minor issues, toilet seat was cracked and also the shower needs a little attention.

The bed. The bed needs to be a fixed peice of furniture, not a fold up. The room is big enough to accommodate a double bed. Also, cushions are not the same as pillows to sleep on.

Not too far from the center. Easy check in and great place to just sleep, the tv was a nice touch.

the structure is not welcoming and too spartan, it's just a room with only a bed and a piece of furniture, there isn't even a wardrobe. the bathroom is outside and shared, very small, there was no soap and there was no toilet paper, the floor was all flooded, there is no hairdryer. the sink is so small you can't even wash your face or teeth. sheets old and with holes in them. check in is done by telephone with a series of indications given by the owner, there is no one to talk to. No luggage store. The place is far from the center and around there is nothing. too expensive for what it offers.

The location was about a 20 minute walk from the main city!

The description said it was 2 twin beds but it definitely wasn’t. The towels were really crusty and the floor needs a good mopping but it was good for one night.

Great, except the smell

Great location, and self-check-in works well - no problem with that. Fine for a one-night stay. Both the room and the bathroom were clean.

As other reviews say, unfortunately, the rooms have a strong smell after smoke that hits you right in the face when you enter, but you can get used to it.

The rooms were spacious. you can use the kitchen for cooking. It is okay to book for 1-2 nights.

The kitchen, bathroom and toilets were shared you can cook yourself. I would suggest to aleast lock the main door, as the entrance door to the building was open and anybody could enter the house.

At the enterance, it was smelling because of the toilet on the ground floor. Also, when we checked in, the door of one cupboard was totally broken and I straightaway sent/reported the photo to the owner.

Bad

Landlord send us the information in time

We booked the two beds room but I was distributed double bed room. We tried to contact the landlord by email and phone call, however after 24 h we still don't receive his reply. The environment is Tooooooo bad, noisy noisy noisy, noise from the road, the upper floor and from others. It is expensive for its condition. The drawer is broken and the lights didn't work, awful! And landlord is unreachable when we need to communicate with him. Bad experience!!
