A good stay for a short time (a few days).

You will need seals aroun the entrance door ( to prevent flies from entering from the hallway)
good location in relation to the city center, a quiet, peaceful area, and the apartments have everything necessary for a comfortable stay
the smell of dampness in the room (floor -1) and a lot of flies! ( there are trash cans on the floor, and all the flies from the hallway are in your apartment!!!)
Unfortunately, the only positive aspects were the location and the staff's availability to allow us a late evening check-in.
The most disturbing issue was the infestation of insects inside the apartment. We encountered numerous spiders, especially in corners, behind furniture, and even near the bed, as well as flies constantly buzzing around the rooms. The presence of these insects created a strong sense of neglect and unsanitary conditions, making the space feel uninhabitable.
In addition to that, the apartment was dusty, had a persistent musty odor, and was located right next to a garbage storage area, which caused a nauseating stench at all hours of the day.
These conditions made it nearly impossible to get a proper night's sleep, and we ended up sleeping very little and very poorly. As a result, we felt constantly tired during the day, which negatively affected our ability to enjoy the city, join planned activities, and overall made our vacation much more stressful and exhausting than it should have been.
We reported all of these issues to the property multiple times, but they completely ignored our complaints and took no action to solve the problem. Even after escalating the matter to Booking.com’s customer service, we were unable to obtain any further support.
In the end, we received a €65 refund for the cleaning fee out of a total booking of €400, which we consider completely insufficient given the severe discomfort and unacceptable hygiene conditions we faced.

Location was great. Decoration updated. Down the stair case was a little tough carrying much luggage. The bathroom does not have a regular door lacking privacy.

The apartment wasn’t that clean unfortunately. We have seen a lot of dust and the counter top in the kitchen was very sticky. Furthermore, there were few drinking glasses available and wine glasses were also not present. Lastly, dishclothes were not present.

The apartment is completely not ready to move in: mess, hair, not cleaned at all. Old bed linen is scattered, there is no new one. We sat at the entrance for 2 hours. We ask for an immediate refund, but we were swindled for money, we went in and out, Booking did not protect us. We contacted the facility, it was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes, an hour and a half passed and no one was there, we are in Luxembourg for a very short time, and we have been investigating this problem for several hours.
As a result, you dumped us for money, promised to figure it out, but it didn't happen that way, I don't recommend it in any case. The room is somewhere in the basement, there's poison for the rats. I never write bad reviews at all, but here I just want to warn people. We sent them photos, they said I'd be there in 15 minutes to clean up, but no one was there for 2 hours. We said that we would not stay here, we would go to another hotel, return the money, the money was not returned. I'm attaching photos as it was.

Просим немедленно вернуть деньги, но нас кинули на деньги, мы зашли и вышли, Booking нас не защитил. Мы связались с объектом, он должен был подъехать в течение 30 минут, прошло полтора часа никого так и не было, мы очень на короткий срок находимся в Люксембурге, и несколько часов выясняем эту проблему.
Вы итоге нас скинули на деньги, обещали разобраться но так это не произошло, не рекомендую ни в коем случае. Номер находится где-то в подвале, разброса отрава для крыс. Вообще никогда не пишу плохие отзывы, но тут хочу просто предупредить людей. Мы прислали им фотографии, они сказали что щас приеду через 15 минут уберутся, но в течение 2 часов никого не было. Мы сказали что не будем здесь оставаться уедем в другой отель верните деньги, деньги не вернули.

Knusse centrale studio in Luxemburg
Super fijn appartement met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Het ligt dichtbij het centrum, op loopafstand. Wij hebben vaak de bus gepakt, lekker makkelijk en ook gratis. Het is precies zoals op de foto's staat beschreven, dus zeker sfeervol. De host checkte regelmatig in of alles naar wens was. Echt een aanrader om dit appartement te boeken voor een tripje Luxemburg!
De wc/badkamer heeft geen deur die dicht kan, maar alleen klapdeurtjes. Er lagen op een dag ineens heel veel maden voor de deur, geen idee wat er gebeurd was (waarschijnlijk iemand anders uit het appartementencomplex), maar het was niet heel fris. Ik heb het laten weten aan de host en die reageerde snel en aanpakgericht dat ze het gaan oplossen.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna. Dwa kroki do licznych autobusów, którymi 15 minut do centrum. Blisko restauracje, piekarnia. Kompletne AGD nawet z pralką i zmywarką.
Pokój jest poniżej poziomu ulicy. Od ogrodu jest na poziomie gruntu. Zapewne dlatego są gdzieniegdzie ślady wilgoci na ścianach przy podłodze. No i wahadłowe, niepełne drzwi do łazienki niczym do knajpy na dzikim zachodzie - zdecydowanie wolałbym normalne, pełne drzwi.

Mooie ruimte en goede faciliteiten.
Fijne ruimte, goed bed, goede keuken. En alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig (peper, zout, pannen, etc).
Er miste wat lampen. Het enige licht wat er was was het felle plafond licht, er hadden bij de tv/in keuken nog wat kleine lampjes mogen staan van ons. Verder hangt de afzuigkap heel laag dus hier flink aantal keer ons hoofd hard gestoten.

Fijn verblijf in een mooi appartement
Mooie lichte studio die van alle gemakken is voorzien.
Het raam was kapot, waardoor deze niet kon sluiten en we 's nachts erg veel overlast hadden van muggen. We hebben zelfs mer handschoenen aan moeten slapen en zijn allebei ongeveer 30 keer gestoken. Hierdoor hebben we bijna niet kunnen slapen.

Prettig verblijf in leuk appartement in de wijk Belair in Luxemburg
Locatie in de wijk Belair, voldoende ruimte, fijn bed.
Iets meer sfeerverlichting zou prettig zijn. De spotjes geven heel fel licht en er is maar 1 lamp in de woonkamer als alternatief die niet genoeg licht geeft.
Daarnaast ging er iets mis in de communicatie/het uitwisselen van informatie inzake mijn boeking tussen
Booking.con en de beheerder van het appartement waardoor de beheerder meermaals bleef stellen dat de betaling (met creditcard gedaan op site booking.com) niet zou zijn gedaan, terwijl dit wel het geval was. Dit gaf stress en ongemak na de boeking. De klantenservice van de beheerder was echter zeer responsief en prettig in het contact tijdens dit gedoe.
