the location is ok

I didn't like many things: 1. I have been provided with a codebto open a lockbox. the video showed a wrong lockbox to open. I tried the same code on another lockbix that was empty. I called for assistance, which I received, but it took 30 minutes to sort it, as the keys were in a third box with a different code. Quite a bad organization. 2. having a coffee shop underneath is not ideal if you want to sleep. 3. internal stairs to reach the apt in wood are nice to see, but unconfortable when you hear all the noises that comes from it when someone walks up or down. 4. I did not expect to find any food, but at least 2 capsules of coffee for the two nights spent would have been a minimal gesture of appreciation for the guest. 5. the bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress was too soft and you were litterally sinking in it.

They ask for ID and lots of personal information like where you woman’s your role which have no relevance to booking accommodation anywhere else. It was honestly annoying and for that reason I would not recommend this place at all. You also have to verify the same details more than once

Totally enjoyed our first time stay in Luxembourg, enhanced by our beautiful accommodation.

Beautiful and stylish accommodation and the perfect space for a couple. Was easy to find after catching the free tram and a 10-15 minute walk into the main part of town. There are plenty of places to eat and drink or stock up on food within an easy walk from the apartment. Hosts were very communicative and responsive to any queries.

Desastrous Business Trip - No keys, no support

Apartment keys not accessible. Impossible to reach landlord for 3 hours over the phone to find a resolution. I needed to book an alternative apartment as I couldn’t access what I had booked (and paid for). When reaching out over email after the fact, there were first excuses and then no response at all anymore. Seems like a risky place for travel, would try to avoid next time.

Beautiful Nordic-styled apartment that matches the pictures

The apartment is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Walking distance to the city is short. There is also a public transportation which is free and goes directly to the city center.

There was a light in the yard that got activated when I turned in the bed, and I was staying up on both nights. I suggested a proper curtain. Also, I stayed out late on boyh nights, as there is a restaurant near the apartment, and I am sensitive to noises.

A beautifully furnished, modern apartment in the heart of Luxembourg

Very spacious apartment. Beautifully furnished. Space was well lit. Convenient location. Comes with a washing machine which is great for travellers. Good amount of kitchen utensils for cooking in the apartment. Has 2 TVs which was awesome. Overall a very comfortable stay, would recommend!

Pillows were a bit too high for my neck and were slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. More pillows and complimentary toiletries would have been nice. Also ran into some issues gaining access to the apartment - needed to call owner to request access to an additional code that wasn't provided. Once we got this code though, we had no issues entering the apartment. Perhaps on the pricey end, but given it is peak season and we booked <48 hours beforehand, the price was understandable. Still cheaper than the hotel market price.
