Wonderful vacation.

Very convenient location, comfortable, everything you need is warm and clean.

The only downside is that parking is free only on weekends and holidays.

Not my idea of "Wonderful"

Good location, 10min walk from old city centre and 2min walk from tram.

Not suitable for a family of 5. Kitchen table was cheap plastic garden furniture table with only 2 seats. The place was clean but fairly basic. There was not enough cups or glasses (only 2 or 3 of each).

Very poor communication from hosts

The location of the apartment was good and central

The communication from the hosts was very poor, we are disappointed. We firstly requested information about car parking prior to our stay via message, call and requested booking.com support, we did not receive a satisfactory response- USE the glacis car park across the road, it has free parking on the weekend, 1 euro per hour Monday to Friday during working hours MUCH BETTER OPTION We also had an issue with the lights in the apartment not working one morning, we messaged and called though never received a response from the host The oven range hood was dripping lots of oil, it was not clean.

Bright spacious flat near the tram

A clean and spacious flat with plenty of amenities nearby. There was a bakery and restaurant downstairs, the tram was across the street, and plenty of other restaurants / takeaways in walking distance if you need something in a pinch.

There was a slight confusion with the parking add-on that we paid for. However, this confusion was more my fault than the hosts. Clearer instructions on where the parking garage is and how to use the parking card would be beneficial for future guests.

Missing sheets for 1 sleeping place, double check right after you get in

Wash machine and dry machine (which is rare), nice design inside.

1. I don't like that fact that in booking website check-in is possible from 15:00 but I've got the message from the owner that it's only possible from 17:30. 2. I don't like that I've paid for sleeping places for 4 persons but got sheets only for 3 (1 one-persons bed and 2 two-persons bed). We've discovered that at 10 PM, owner didn't reacted, no words of apologies, nothing. 3. The smell outside for some rooms could be better (I think because of some cafe/restorant nearby) but it's out of control of the owner, kind of understandable. 4. Parking costs is 15 EURO, its OK but I'd like to have this info before I decided to order the room.

Excellent location

The cleanliness and access to the public network

THe title says 'with parking', but there is not parking for the building. Instead it is public parking. During our visit, the public parking was blocked by another event and it was in accessible. Hence request to change the misleading title in the booking.com

Unfortunately, not enough bed linen for the registered number of guests and it could have been a little cleaner. There was only one key for all guests.

Teníamos dos habitados reservadas, éramos 7 amigas. El mismo día que teníamos que entrar en la casa nos dicen que solo tienen un apartamento libre. Nos dieron otra opción, lejos unas de las otras, asique tuvimos que buscarnos la vida y reservar otro alojamiento para no dormir en la calle.

Super Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub in Luxemburg

Das Apartment hat eine Top Lage, 2 Lebensmittel Geschäfte in 2 Minuten erreichen, ein Bäcker direkt neben dem Haupteingang. Gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußläufig erreichen ( 20 Minuten). Das Apartment war sauber und eine gute Ausstattung, genügend Handtücher, zwei separate Schlafzimmer, modernes Badezimmer. Eine 10 von 10.

Der Lärmpegel ist bei der Lage schon höher. Aber das muss man nun mal in kauf nehmen, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte. Das ist eher eine Info und keine Kritik.

Wir haben die Zeit in Luxemburg genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ihnen.

Die Unterkunft war hell, modern, freundlich eingerichtet, schönes Badezimmer, alles sauber und zweckmäßig. Für uns war der Balkon zwar klein aber fein. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Das Bett im kleinen Zimmer war etwas kurz für einen Erwachsenen, die Matratze nicht mehr die beste.

Super séjour, hôtes très accueillants

L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description sur le site. Les hôtes étaient tout particulièrement au petit soin, une communication régulière pour nous apporter tous ce dont nous avions besoin.

superbe appartement, emplacement stratégique

super emplacement, les trams et les bus (totalement gratuits) sont vraiment au pied de l'immeuble le départ vers les différentes visites possibles à Luxembourg en sont particulièrement facilitées et franchement rapides. un immense parking est à 50 metres de l'appartement avec possibilité d'y laisser la voiture pour la journée (seulement 10 euros par jour) 2 superettes à moins de 50 metres, boulangerie, restos..... etc l'équipement et la déco de l'appartement sont au top balcon agréable

l'emplacement n'est pas en zone hyper historique, donc la vue reste plutot urbaine
