Scam, Don't book here

The hotel was closed, I booked a night, but was forced to spend it in my sister's room in another hotel. Don't book here. The phone doesn't work, the property doesn't reply to messages.

Absolutely nothing.

the room was filthy. no hand soap to wash your hands even. when you used the shower, it flooded the actual bedroom. bed so uncomfortable. parties going on downstairs until 5 in the morning. people screaming and shouting. I didn’t sleep the whole time I was there. I packed my things and left the room at 5:15am because the stay was that horrific. WiFi did not work when you was in the room. so completely unable to use WiFi during your stay there. it is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, in my whole life DO NOT PAY YOUR OWN MONEY TO STAY HERE

When I booked this hotel I didn't research the location. If you are into partying, it is a good option. The hotel is above a Pub and near pubs and clubs, so if it´s hot weather and you open the window you can hear the music until 4 am. No breakfast option. I think the cost for one night it´s too much for what it has to offer.

Good location near public transport. Clean bed sheets and towel. There are many bars and clubs nearby (music is playing during the night, if you can't sleep in a noisy place you need to consider this)

Not worth the money.

The view.

When arriving, we were told that the hotel "front desk" was placed inside a bar. (Loud music, many people. A bit Inappropriate considering the need for genuine service such as personal requests etc. Got inside the entry point. Looked like the back of the bar. Walked 3 flights of stairs. No elevator. Hope you have decent physics. There were pictures on the door the the room and above the bed. It was sexually offensive and distasteful. There was not enough towels, half a roll of toiletpaper and NO handsope. Wasn't very clean either. Went down to go out. Asked for handsope. We were told it would be brought up within an hour. Got back from going out 5 hrs. Later, still no handsope. Checked out (threw the key in a hole as we were told) And wanted to tell the owners about the experience but no one was at the hotel except for cleaners who said it would be more than an hour for them to come back. - Don't want the feedback? Just stay away when the guests check out. We'll done.

Room very small No soap They broke my bike lock after telling me where to put the bicycle. Instead of coming to my room and asking me to move the bicycle, they refused to pay for the lock

I didn´t even get a receipt or a proper bill. They who give this hotel (not a hotel, worse than a normal hostel) a 9 or a 10 must be the personal themselves. It is totaly impossible to give it such a high grade. No soap, no functioning TV, the bed was made upon EU-pallets, not clean, etc. Booking must in some way stop the hotels themselves changing the grades! Otherwise you can not trust booking.

It was clean and the decoration was nice. The windows isolated the room a bit in terms of noise.

Internet did not work, the toilette was leaking. The door to the hostel is directly behind the tables of a bar, we had to talk to the waiter to get the keys and whenever we went in and out we had to go through the bar's clients and tables.

Die Lage ist Super, habe dort auch schon öfters übernachtet. Zentral gelegen, wenn man auf nen Konzert geht oder Party machen möchte. Zugang unkomliziert. Die Lautstärke stört mich nicht. ich weiss ja wo ich bin, mitten auf'm Kiez.

Nachts an die Null Grad, Heizung aus....kann ich auch mit leben, lieg ja im warmen Bett. Was überhaupt nicht geht....kein...ich BETONE KEIN, warmes Wasser, nicht mal im Ansatz....habe das Waschbecken halbe Stunde laufen lassen, in der Hoffnung auf etwas warmes Wasser zum Duschen....NICHTS....da müsst ihr umbedingt was dran tun. Und die Sauberkeit im Bad.....Boden, Schimmel....ich bin nicht Pingelig, aber wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, und die Schimmelfugen vor den Augen hat, ist das nicht sehr angenehm. Ich habe keine Bilder gemacht, die möchte auch niemand sehen.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Bei 54.50 € pro Person wäre warm Wasser eigentlich im Preis inbegriffen. Trotz dritten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl bis morgens um 6.00 Uhr laute Musik ( war eingeplant und geschlafen haben wir gut). Steckdosen es funktionierte eine und ein Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung ist irgendwie komisch....

Absteige mit durchgelegenem Bett

Die Lage war gut für den Zweck meines Aufenthalts (Theater vis-a-vis), es bleibt die Reeperbahn mit entsprechendem Klientel und Geräuschpegel, aber das sollte jedem Gast bewusst sein.

Meine sehr geringen Erwartungen wurden deutlich unterboten. Schmutzig, das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn braun vor Rost, das Bett vollkommen durchgelegen.
