Coquina Moorings offers the BEST of both worlds The Beach and The Bay! Spectacular views from the main living area, master bedroom and guest bedroom. The main living area overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway, pool and docking area and the guest bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beach. Sitting directly across the street from the beach and directly on the bay, Coquina Moorings is truly one of a kind.
There is no other condominium on Anna Maria Island that offers beautiful sunrises over the bay and gorgeous sunsets on the beach, all in one place.
This unit is very well appointed and has sleeping for six. The master ensuite has a king size bed, the guest a queen and the third bedroom two twin beds. There is an open and spacious kitchen with a large bar area so the chef in your life can still be part of the group while cooking up your fresh catch right from the boat dock. A large screened balcony off the master bedroom and main living area will supply you with quiet down time and morning sunrises. There is also a spiral staircase off the balcony for convenient access to the crystal clean, heated swimming pool. The guest bedroom also has a screened balcony that overlooks the beach and nightly, colorful sunsets.
Prices shown are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. We loved the location and the set up of the property. They had both a drip and keurig coffee machines. They had lots of towels. The pool area is very nice. We appreciated the new refrigerator with ice through the door. We would recommend this lovely property.

Condo was as advertised. The unit could use updating and I believe that is due to happen later this year. Location was great, with views of the bay and ocean. The only issues were that the pool heater had been set to 105 degrees and we had a stain on our sheet in the master bedrooom. Since we checked in on a Saturday, neither issue was addressed until the following Monday. Once addressed, the pool took until the end of the week to cool down, but we made it work. Wagner Realty did a good job of communicating with us once they became aware of our issues on the following Monday. The group has an answering service on the weekends, but it is only for emergencies. Since most people check in on weekends, my recommendation would be for Wagner Realty to be available for any issues on those days as well. Regardless of the two issues, we would stay in this unit again.

Unit was well stocked for everything we needed (food storage and cooking supplies!!) and loads of beach gear available. Free trolly stops in front of the property just north of the building. Property manager was extremely responsive. Very happy with our stay!

This is a great location. The functionality of the condo was excellent. Looking out the living area, there is a beautiful view of the bay. Looking out the front guest room, there is another amazing view of the Gulf. There are two lanais to sit out an enjoy the view. There are also docks to tie a boat off to which we used.
However, the condo is in desperate need of a remodel. The fridge is beginning to rust and is coming through the paint. The dishwasher door is sprung so you have to be careful or the bottom rack will roll out quickly with a full load of dishes. The hot water in sinks in the master bathroom did not work.
The sheets were threadbare and very thin. The towels were tattered and many of the washclothes were stained and some had holes in them.
The unit was not very clean. The master shower in the corner of the entrance was very dirty with an accumulation of grime. The intake to the HVAC was filthy. The carpets and grout in the tile need to be cleaned badly.
I would rent in these condos again, but in a unit that's more up to date and clean.
