Upstairs Unit of "Sans Souci".... Exceptional views of the beach AND the bay from this spectacular, newer property. Enjoy watching the sunsets or sunrises from this top floor unit with panoramic views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. There are very few buildings on Anna Maria Island that can offer the water views that this property has.
This is a two unit building with two 3 BR/2 BT rentals that share a large, lap pool. Rent individually or as one, great 6 bedroom family compound. Huge, 57" TVs in living rooms and 33" TVs in all bedrooms. Each floor offers a spacious covered porch to take in the immeasurable views. Both units have use of the garage and an elevator to each floor for easier accessibility. Each unit offers a full size washer & dryer. Each unit sleeps 8.
The master suite boasts a spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub and a large, glassed shower with waterfall showerhead. The master suite also has its own private terrace facing the beach.
The shared, heated pool area offers a great place to relax & unwind after a long day at the beach. This patio area offers a dining table, shared grill and sun loungers.

Literally the beach is across the street. Works out perfectly since parking is a mess. Property was very nice and spacious. Elevator was a huge help with luggage and groceries. The views from the 3rd floor were great!!! Pool was cool and clean

Amazing views of the gulf and ocean. Wonderful location, in walking or free trolley distance to all you need. Spacious, well appointed rental. We give it 5-stars!

Renting it was easy. The facility wasn’t as clean as I expect. The air conditioner was out for two days and we were leaving. The ice maker on the fridge was out. The location was perfect for us!
