Sunset Landings Unit 5 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. With just a few steps across the street, you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and numerous fishing piers. There are no buildings to obstruct your view of the beach!
This beautiful townhouse sleeps up to 6 people with 2.5 bathrooms, full laundry, and recently renovated. We know once you spend time here, you will not want to leave or you will want to return time and time again. This tropical retreat in a prime location will assure you a comforting, stress-free atmosphere and a relaxing, memorable vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room, or on the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room, with a sleeper sofa, invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screened smart TV. WiFi throughout. But, it doesn’t stop there! The primary bedroom also has a balcony where you can watch the sunset or awaken to hearing the waves crash on the beautiful white sandy beaches.
The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. This room also has tons of built-in storage and a large flat screen television. Glass doors allow access to a small, sun-kissed balcony. The Carrera marble continues in this bathroom as well— with a glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. A stackable washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway.

This was by far our favorite vacation rental! Prime location across the street from the beach and a short walk to Bridge St. Comfy beds, lots of living room seating, great beach equipment(chairs, umbrellas, floaties and wagon) The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. We live in CA and I hope to return someday soon! Highly recommend!

Fantastic property that was so close and convenient to the beach. We walked to the restaurants and shops at Bridge street and took the trolley anywhere else we needed to go. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, beach towels and chairs and a wagon to cart it all. And a beach shower to clean off when you come back. Communication with manager was easy and quick as well.

We booked this trip to celebrate my daughter's college graduation with a few of her friends. The location is perfect! The weather was amazing! The water was beautiful! They even left my daughter a graduation gift which was so touching. Would most definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. We had the best time!

The condo was very nice when we arrived. Not as cleaned as we liked. The master bathroom shower had hair left in the drain. They called me to check on us and offered to come clean it again(which was nice) but my husband had already handled it. Check in was super easy.
Hurricane Nicolle paid a visit while we were there and our condo leaked everywhere!! I called the company that day to inform them and I had to leave a message. They never called us back!!! This bothered us a lot! Which after inspecting the leaks we determined this has happened more than likely many times before and they probably already know about it. Super nice place but I am not sure I would rent it again.
This was our first time going to this part of Florida and we loved the area! Plan on coming back in the summer.
