The Space:
First floor unit directly accessible from our lush tropical courtyard. This vacation rental has a large, coastal inspired living area with a pull-out sofa, two accent chairs, large modern kitchen, built in dining bench with under-seat storage, smart TV and screened porch with additional seating for four, plus two bedrooms-each with a king bed and en suite bathroom with its own shower.
While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.
The courtyard offers an outdoor oasis with dining tables and a nice grilling area with a gas grill. Anna Maria Island Getaway has all your beach needs covered (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & carts). With its unique blend of charm and comfort, this beach rental is more than just accommodation—it's an invitation to experience the laid-back coastal lifestyle in a setting that feels like a home away from home!
All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

Such a great location! Beds are very comfortable. The first bedroom (to the right) has a mini split that requires a sump pump to drain condensation to the outside of the building. It's a couple feet from your head and kept waking me up. It did not bother my wife at all. I would definitely stay here again, but if you are a light sleeper I'd take the back bedroom since that mini split doesn't need a pump and drains with gravity to the outside. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, and even brought me a fan to run (white noise) at night in the room to help with my sensitivity to the pump sound.
