Crisp, clean, and completely remodeled— this 2 bedroom townhome is the perfect spot to make unforgettable Anna Maria Island memories. The warm sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico are right across the street. You'll be steps away from the beach and a quick stroll or bike ride from local restaurants and attractions. With space for 6 people and 3 gulf view balconies, you'll find it difficult to leave once you arrive at Sunset Landing.
In the open living and dining area, bleached wood floors and chic gray sofas (1 sleeper sofa) create an elegant yet laid-back, comfortable space to kickback. The large flat screen television is equipped to stream your favorite TV show or a great movie. Sliding glass doors frame the gulf views and allow access to the large, private deck with an outdoor dining table. This is the ideal place to bring your morning mug of coffee in the morning while you watch the sunrise over the gulf and feel the gentle sea breezes.
The pristine kitchen features clean white cabinets and countertops illuminated by plenty of bright, recessed lighting. Stainless steel appliances include a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and range, and a microwave. The nearby dining table has seating for six and is a great spot for snacking or playing board games. A striking, modern chandelier over the dining table is the chic focal point of the room. A glass railing adds a modern touch to the stairway. On the second floor, the primary suite has a comfy, king-size bed set into a painted wood frame. There's tons of built-in storage surrounding the large flatscreen television. Sliding glass doors lead outside to the top floor deck with ocean views. In the ensuite bathroom, slabs of classic Carrera marble surround the step-in shower.
The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room, with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. This room also has tons of built-in storage and a large flat screen television. Glass doors allow access to a small, sun-kissed balcony. The Carrera marble continues in this bathroom as well— with a glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. A stackable washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway.

We loved this place . Only a few things could be better. The sofa and love seat is a little worn and could use better pillows for the beds. Other than that its a very nice place

Beautiful, as described and pictures, condo with unobstructed views of the beautiful beach/ocean. Easy access to and from the beach with plenty of beach chairs/equipment to use during your stay. Our family of 4 had more than enough room for the week we were there. The rental is walking distance to Bridge street, so no need for a car if you don’t have one. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a wonderful experience to get around the island. The rental company called ahead of time and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future when visiting the island!

This location was truly a fantastic place to stay. From the beautiful views to being just steps from the beach access, everything about being right on the island made our trip unforgettable. The Seabreeze staff also went above and beyond, adding to an already amazing experience.
The house itself was perfect—two bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms, three balconies, and gorgeous water views from both the bay and the Gulf. My favorite spot was the surfboard patio table and chairs, where I could sit and watch the stunning, unobstructed sunsets. We even caught a few dolphin pods swimming by, which made it even more special.
Another added bonus was the amazing quality beach equipment provided—beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a wagon filled with beach toys. It made our beach days so convenient and enjoyable.
The staff checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, and any minor issue was handled immediately. The place truly couldn't have been more perfect for our week-long stay!
This is an absolute MUST-STAY, and we will definitely be renting this place again the next time we visit

Great location across from the beach and home nicely updated, but we had some issues. The check-in instructions showed a picture of the designated parking space #4, but that was wrong. We had to move to #2. The 2 parking spots beneath the building were small for a truck and the ceiling is also low so be careful with tall antennas; ours almost broke. After we climbed the stairs with our luggage, the code we entered to go inside did not work. Had to call the management company for a new code, which they quickly supplied. Inside was well stocked and pretty clean with comfortable seating in the living room. The oven did not work so we had to call and was told to reset the breaker, which worked. The refrigerator was set too high and our food was not cooling, so despite the instructions on the door, we turned the temperature way down so that it worked correctly. Upstairs were two bedrooms, a very large spacious master with a pretty comfortable king bed and a nice bath. However, the second bedroom is unusually small and more suitable for children than two adults. The queen bed has a plastic cover on it that crunches every time you move, so that was not good. We also had to utilize the extra fan we found in a closet in that room because you could not operate the ceiling fan at night without the lights also being on (not wired correctly). The location is within walking distance to the Bridge Street restaurants and the dock where we caught the water ferry to Bradenton for dinner.
