The location was excellent. Close to beach and restaurants.

The apartment was a little tired looking and could do with a refresh.

Great location in the heart of Bradenton Beach. 100 yards to the white sands. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the shower. Free shared laundry on site. Small heated pool was great. Met the housekeeper upon arrival, she was very helpful and courteous.

The bathroom needs an adult size toilet and higher off the ground….. That was a major pain point . Almost all VRBO , Airnb offer a small amount of supplies like dish soap, coffee, creamer, etc . This one did not and if you have kitchen with dishes and not disposable plates and utensils that is common courtesy. The door lock needs to be fixed . Couch cover needs to be washed. The chemical used by housekeepers is very strong .

Great location. Nice convenience store few steps away. Across the ocean. Staff helped when we needed them. We had great time.

The location is great, directly across the Main Street to the beach. Close to eating areas and the of course the free trolley is nice. Shared laundry onsite was nice. Plenty of towels. Small shared pool onsite. So much potential but left disappointed.

Very outdated, furniture was torn and not comfortable. The tv in the. main area didn't work. It had 2 different universal remotes and a tv and dvd remote. Some had batteries, some didn't. I did report this however no one came to fix it. It didn't appear that the sheets in my daughter's bedroom were changed. there was a package of sheets on the dresser so I changed them. They sent someone to check on this the following day however my daughter was asleep. I informed them I had changed them and they insisted that those sheets were for the pull out bed and weren't sure why they were in her room. Pool was too small for that many people using it, not enough lounging chairs. We jockeyed for the chairs each morning. Ant traps in the kitchen on the counters was less than desirable. The fire alarm chirped in the middle of the night one night for a few hours which was quite annoying. There were 2 other units in the building which appeared to be "newer" but our area was in deep need of attention. Pictures down throughout the house however the velcro strips were still on the walls. Dishes were not clean and appliances very outdated and rusty.
