Coquina Moorings, located at 1407 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach offers the best of all worlds. This bay front complex features a beautiful heated pool directly on the bay and a boat dock for fishing enthusiasts or bring your boat, this property has a boat slip that comes with it. Immediately across the street is the white, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious unit features two bedrooms, two baths and a den/third bedroom. There is a large screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular bay views. An additional smaller lanai off the guest bedroom features wonderful views of the Gulf. This is a great unit to watch both the sunrise AND the sunset!
All amenities are provided for your convenience in addition to wireless high speed internet with free long distance calling. It sleeps six comfortably with a king size bed, a queen bed and a sofa bed in the den. This unit provides beach chairs and beach towels.
This is a very popular Bradenton Beach complex so you’ll want to book early.
Coquina Moorings is a one week minimum rental please.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

It was great ! The dishwasher was full of clean dishes so we had to inlaid before loading. The air conditioning was great but the bedrooms did not have fans for air circulation. The rental company brought us one. We love the location, views, and pool. We would definitely stay her again and recommend it to others.

Outstanding location. The place is nice and roomy. Well stocked. Has some carpet that is a little older.The 3rd bedroom has a pullout couch as the bed, not the most comfortable but just fine for the kids. But definitely an amazing place to

We have stayed here in the past and have returned. The condo has a good view of the bay and the ocean and sunsets are wonderful from the front lanai. If your a boater/ fisherman the bay dock is perfect and very solid. Although not directly on the beach, you are only a minute across the street. Everything is in the condo for your needs.

We love IVP. They always give the best customer service. This unit is in such a gorgeous area of AMI. The condo itself is very dated and could use clean flooring and some updates. Our problem this time was that the guests in the condo above us were loud and we could hear all their furniture scraping on the floor at all times of day and night. This was not the owner’s fault or IVP fault but I would not stay in this unit again due to the noise issue. Again, the views and location are gorgeous as is the size of the condo.
