Lovely environment, easy walk to town and all amenities

Good position. Easy walk into town and for longer walks. Facilities in the apartment were good. Bed was comfortable.

The shower head was surrounded by cobwebs and cobweb going out from the shower head to corner of the shower cubicle. Found a long arm duster and a step to clear it away. Items were dusted around rather than moved. eg tv box

Location and attention to detail by the hosts in the thought they had in organising the apartment

Would have awarded 10s throughout except for the following points When we arrived we met the hosts who told us that the microwave blew up the night before, however they would replace it the following day, when we left it still hadn't been replaced and the msg I sent the day before we left The shower could do with a bit of TLC (Viacal).

Pleasant, modern decor and facilities. View pleasant in one direction not so much in the other (next to industrial unit)

It hadn’t been cleaned, dishes put away, bedding and towels changed after previous guests. The bed was lumpy and uneven in its support. When we spoke to the owner about the accommodation not being ready for use she said, “not again,” implying it was the first time her cleaner had let them down. We had to wait nearly 3 hours after the expected access time (16:00) for the property to be made ready.
