Very clean & tidy. Also nice location, easy access to lots of places. The owner is very friendly ( we chatted away one morning 😊 ).

The cottage was immaculate, comfortable and welcoming.

A very comfortable place to stay in a brilliant location. Framed photographs and prints further add to the pleasant interiors. It’s great to come out of the front door and be in the middle of old Rye- so close to Mermaid Street, right opposite Lamb House and round the corner from Church Square. Clear and helpful communication from thoughtful hosts. Thank you!
All was good - we’d have liked to stay longer and hope to come back in the future.
