Warm and comfortable, great location and well equipped. We were also very happy to have had the third night at no extra cost meaning we didn’t have to rush out on our day of departure.

We had trouble finding the keys to get in - despite many emails, at no point were we informed that the patio area was around the back of the property (accessed by a little lane down the side of a cafe) and through a gate marked private which was far from intuitive! It would also have been helpful to have the instruction about stripping beds and bagging linens in the house information book; this wasn’t sent to us until Sunday afternoon when we were about to leave to catch the train. That was quite a lot to ask, especially given the price of the house.
