One Church Square

The location of the property was the best of all... We were so close to the church and the castle and at the same time cinema was on the other side just 30seconds walk from us. There were with plenty of coffee places and restaurants. I love that we stayed in such historical area including the house itself... Just unbelievable!!! We had such wonderful moments which we'll cherish for the rest of our days... Brilliant!!!! Also I brought my doggo Max to celebrate his 8th birthday and the landlord left for him treats!!! We also had pastries, cool water in the fridge, snacks, tea and coffee, milk... We were so well looked after. I don't have enough space in here to explain how wonderful everything was made for was. I am talking about this holiday with my friends and colleagues and I've been sharing the listing so they can book it, too...

The property is charming, perfectly located, tastefully decorated and in keeping with the beautiful town of Rye. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, providing plenty of tea/coffee/milk/croissants/olive oil, even vinegar for our fish & chips, which we really appreciated. We also loved the bathrooms, particularly the bathtubs. The offer to use their bicycles was also an added extra and the WiFi was excellent. Can’t wait to make a return visit!

This is a period property therefore staircases are a little steep which was not a problem for us but could be a consideration for guests with mobility issues.

It was a brilliant location and beautifully decorated. Fantastic appliances, wonderful amenities and really enjoyed the stay. The host was quick to respond to any queries as well.

The stairs were quite tight, but lots of hand rails have been installed so it felt safe.
