The location was excellent and just 5 mins walk to the centre of Rye. The facilities were good, there was even a a nespresso machine - a real bonus.
The main bedroom felt a little ‘musty’ but we understand that the owner is dealing with it. As the building is set into a steep bank it must be tricky.

Although on a main road, once inside the cottage is cosy, warm and welcoming. Matt has provided many thoughtful touches and the back gate takes. You to the centre of town easily.
We liked everything, but be aware that the stairs are steep and it is not. Suitable for those with thosewith a disability.
