The location was very secluded and quiet but in easy reach of Rye.
The wet room bathroom was very small and didn't drain that well.

The property was within walking distance of Rye town and buses ran at the top of the lane. The bed was comfortable and the outside space was delightful
The welcome strawberries should have been in the fridge, they had been out in the warm all day and were starting to turn. No side plates for toast or cake. Eco lighting was too poor to read by in bed, I used my torch. There was no plug in the wash basin. The duvet was too thick for summer. Too many cushions. Sorry!

La place de parking et le silence.
La salle de bain est très problématique : difficile de prendre une douche sans mettre de l'eau partout. Pas de rideau - pas de cabine. Il faut reprendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre de Rye. Il faut entre 20 et 30 minutes de marche pour s'y rendre.
