Great location, really central to Rye, it was modern and clean and had everything you needed

Key Box for picking up keys given by host before arrival. Great to have parking space. Welcome Basket was nice touch. Great location for walking round Rye and easy access to all the shops and restaurants.
Squeaky Bed. was a bit uncomfortable. Furniture all a bit worn.

Location was both good and bad………great for access to the town……bad for being alongside the delivery area for the shops…..unsightly and noisy.
Welcome basket was great. Thank you.
Plug in bathroom wash basin didn’t work. There was no toilet brush that we could find. I think there may be a small leak from bathroom sink.
