The overall hospitality. The owner drove me to the airport, and the receptionist went over and above to make me feel comfortable. The cleaners came around the rooms, offering turn down service, water, and towels. Lovely restaurant. Nice ambiance. The price was excellent.
The trains are loud and run all day. It's the only downfall. But I will go stay there again. Felt like home. It's a pity. There is nothing that can be done. But in Belgium, it's one of the best.

I had an early morning flight from Brussels airport so the location was perfect. The hotel was clean,the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly and drove me to the airport at 05.00 for 20 euros. And it’s only as few minutes walk from the train station.
It’s close to the airport so you hear the planes but not through the night / trains likewise during to proximity of the station.

No hot water in the shower in the afternoon. Next day morning shower was ok.
