At 1130 pm while check out at 1200 pm, I couldnt touch card to room. Maybe they reset card access to early. People bang the door too noisy

A quick, convenient, and easily accessible hotel perfect for short stays.

In 1 room the water for shower was too hot and no possibility to make it colder and it was the night where the hotel was 10 euros more expensive.

This time I was surprised by the quality of the dinner. Mediteranian quisine, French-Italian-Greek-Turkish, the matter being clearly their Biggest expertise. Like dining in Ankara… And I was upgraded to a junior suite, room 303. For guests working at DHL: you can see your own Plaine being loaded, at Some rooms, how about that?

The gentleman on the front desk . This guy knew how chaotic my job was just by looking at me . He accommodated me in every aspect. So helpful . He offered me food and drink and gave me a great room each time . Amazing place and very down to earth. Very very nice people also

Good location for getting to the airport, very good price. Nice, clean comfortable room. Staff was nice, helpful. Good connection from Brussels, good connection to the airport. Just a few steps to the train station

Do not recommend

It’s close to the airport

It is under the flight path, the trains go by under the window and there’s a lot of loud people there. The building isn’t well isolated and is very very hot. Shower and toilet were just not clean and made of cheap plastic. Food was served on dirty platter and drink was served in a dirty glass. I’ll never visit this place again

Couldn't get out of their quick enough

Hotel was run down. Waited 45 minutes at reception to check in even though I arrived at 5pm to check in as the man at reception had to get another person to check me in as he couldn't understand english properly. People smoking in doorway of reception. Not a good look for non smokers. No aircon in room, toilet basically in shower, they were that close. Towels were frayed and had small tears in them. Hotel Right next to train line. Very noisy Hotel is inexpensive for a reason.

Perfect Location for Brussels Airport - Excellent Value for Money!

Brilliant staff. The room was comfortable and clean enough for a quick overnight before flying the next day at the airport. The airport is only 4 minutes by taxi/car. We even witnessed the night porter pick up a guy who was waiting on a bus and he took him to the airport free of charge in our minibus shuttle to the airport which I thought was very kind. Thanks again we would recommend your Hotel, well priced and great location to the airport. Trip type: - Vacation - Rooms: 4 - Service: 5 - Location: 5

I liked the restaurant

The shower head was broken, and the bed honestly didn’t feel like it was cleanest due to having ripped sheets,and some minor stains on the sheets. Also, they booked me $28 dollars for “tourist tax” not sure if it’s real thing or not, would have been nice to know ahead of time. Lastly, they booked someone else to my room. I was laying down and heard someone trying to get in my room, it was a lady that they actually booked to my room. Because she was able to get in with her key.

Just stayed one night due to a change of flight. Old rooms but comfortable enough and very clean. Bed is comfortable, shampoo and shower gel was provided as well as some instant coffee and tea. Reserved same day for ca 110€ on a Friday. Ok price for money. Good to know / to inform guests: Bus station nearby leaves according to schedule - Google Maps is not reliable source of information for the bus schedule. Maps said the bus wasn't coming, but it did arrive and on time.

Room is quite small, so hit my leg and bruised it badly on the way out.

One of rooms had the smell of smoke and the other had no blankets. These things mean that you didnt clean our rooms very well. That is very unsanitary but also very rude. At the same time other guests were allowed to smoke indoors and ruin not only their health but also the health of others. the building didnt have any protection againts that noise. Thanks to this we couldnt sleep.

The hotel was very pretty and easy to find. The personel was wonderful and helped me a lot when I had a troubles during my travel. These people are the best, and my stay was way less stressful thanks to them. And the food in restaurant was awesome :)
