Good accommodation near the airport

Great location for being near the airport and business area in Zaventem. The staff is very helpful and proactive, especially Aytaj, who goes out of her way to make one’s stay delightful.

Hotel convenient for business people because situated close to the airport

The hotel is clean and well situated. Staff is efficient and friendly. Buffet breakfast was ok.

The bed was hard and neighbours were very noisy, next door and in the hallway. The insulation of the rooms should be improved.

Handy for one night if using airport but wouldn't recommend any longer then that and not for sharing

Small rooms. 2 single duvets on a double bed. Really weird pillows that resembled small sofa cushions. Looks to be very popular with Japanese tour groups that are like locusts every morning at breakfast

Good hotel, great staff and location.

The room was good, but it was not as clean as I had hoped. The staff were very helpful but due to a technical issue in the room, we had to change rooms and the hotel was fully booked, so we received a smaller one. But the staff and management were very helpful and did a partial refund on the room.

It could have been a little more cleaner. socks picked up dirt immediately after you took of your shoes and some foreign hair in some places.

Airport hotel

The hotel is clean, fairly comfy and conveniently located to the airport - good, if you have an extremely early flight - which was the only reason for me to stay over.

The parking costs are on the higher side. Actually no real fault of the hotel - but because of being an airport hotel, people next door arrive until late and depart extremely early. I had difficulties to get asleep and woke up by a slammed door at 2:40am. Bring ear-plugs!

Only needed one night as next day early flight. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly.

1/ on the booking site it was mentioned that a taxi to the airport would be 15 Euro. In the morning I asked reception to call me a taxi and to the taxi drive I said - so this is 15 Euro right. He says - no, this hotel always makes this mistake. I start at 15 and depending on driving time you pay more - with a maximum of 20. 2/ the TV channel choices are very limited - luckily I have Netflix which they offer but more tv channels would be more customer friendly.

Convenient to airport with taxi ride.

Short taxi ride to airport for a fixed fee of 15 euros. I had a very early flight but hotel booked me my taxi for 4am without problem. It's about a 12 minute walk from Diegem train station and with an upwards slope.

Airporthotel with room for improvement

Good sound insulation and direct parking at the Hotel. Short distance to the Airport and Train Station.

From my experience a very outdated and not well maintained bathroom equipment with a "shower" in the bathtub. very tight bathroom that needs a complete overhaul. No restaurant available, but snacks and good beer at the bar.

Comfortable and hospitable.

The property has a tennis/squash court which is one of my favorite sports. The lobby also has a foosball and pool table which provided entertainment for my boyfriend and I after hours.

Loved that there was a bathtub! And the beds were very comfortable, clean sheets, nice design of the room. Little kettle and even a Nespresso machine!
