Perfect location Really nice cottage

Location was perfect and everything was within walking distance

not enough towels left for a whole weekend, it was one per person, and the towels had stains on them. sofa and bed decorative cushions need a freshen. parking not great, the instructions where not very clear. the bin was full of nappies on our arrival and this resulted in a lot of flys in the garden area.

The cottage was in a great location, a short walk to the beach and centre of town. Lovely to have brew making supplies provided.

The location was good

The properly was very dirty in parts. The kitchen and main bathroom seems clean enough as were the linens but the floors were so dirty they made your feet black, the living room rug was greasy feeling, there were huge cobwebs everywhere and one of the bath mats was filthy. I can understand that the properly is old and has quirks however there were things that could have easily been cleaned and weren’t. Also we had no hot water on arrival and for three days of our stay so we couldn’t have a bath and did not have not water in the kitchen unless we boiled a kettle. I messaged the property twice and they didn’t respond. I don’t want to leave a bad review without speaking to the landlord however they have ignored me so I have no choice. If we had babies in the house or it was cold weather it would have been inexcusable to leave us with a broken boiler.
