Serenity Suites

Great location. 5 min walk from lovely pubs and restaurants.

Towels slightly stained. One of the showers didn’t drain properly and had black mould stains on the grouting. Pillows soft. Which I personally hate but that’s me not the property. Toilet in our en suite had a dodgy flush. It wouldn’t stop flushing at times. So needs fixing. I sent a message to the property manager and got a speedy reply saying he was on holiday. He did offer try and send a maintenance person but we managed to fix it each time ourselves.

Beautiful apartment with lovely furnishings, in a perfect location for us. There's really nice attention to detail in the decor. Owners had great communication and responded promptly to messages. Nice toiletries in the bathrooms too! Thank you for the tea / coffee and biscuits!

It wasn't a problem for us, but but worth noting that there's quite a lot of stairs up to the apartment. Coat hangers and hooks were provided in the bedrooms, but would be useful to have a clothes rail to be able to hang a few more things. But these are minor points, and not really negative.

Beautiful property , lovely decoration. Extremely spacious. Home away from home vibes. Great location also , 30 seconds from the key viewpoints and Whitby features.

Would have preferred earlier check in / later check out for weekend stays.

The location was good, just a short stroll from the quayside on a pleasant street. We stayed in the Endeavour Suite. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have 2 en-suites. The kitchen was well equipped for 3 people. The sofa was comfortable too.

The apartment was dark, lots of heavy fire doors that slammed when you went through them. The showers were pretty lukewarm... you need to use one shower at a time. There was a bowl of dirty water under the sink with dirty towels in one of the en-suites. There was no parking disc and no bottle of prosecco as promised in the welcome letter in the kitchen. The patio area was grubby and worn, we wouldn't have sat out there.
