The location, the parking permit, and the size of the apartment.
Excellent customer service provided.
We stayed in The Normandy-previously we have stayed in the one on the ground floor, huge difference between the two, hence the cheaper price.
The Normandy needs a deep clean, and some TLC-rubber around the oven was coming off. No battery in the clock, kitchen light was hung down from the unit and didn’t work.A stain on the mattress protector. Things that can be easily rectified.
Didn’t like having to pay an extra £19 for insurance for breakages-especially when the apartment itself had a number of things that hadn’t been fixed previously I assume.
