Having read some of the previous reviews we were prepared to feel a bit disappointed…but this house is just beautiful! Every bed is extremely comfortable, quality hotel standard. All bathrooms feel really luxurious, gorgeous complimentary toiletries. Lovely kitchen and lounge area, all immaculate! Kitchen well equipped with everything you could ever need. Quiet location. During our stay we learned that Hoggarth Yard is a development on the site of the old Hoggarth lemonade factory. A lovely holiday in a very well looked after home. Highly recommend.
There is nothing not to like. If there is any comment at all to make here, the kitchen could do with a few more tumbler type glasses, but that’s about it.

The location was a little further out than we usually stay but the house was lovely with an outside area to relax in on a night. The beds were very comfortable and it was peaceful. It was a fantastic holiday. We were 3 adults and 4 children.

Clean, good condition, close the the centre
Very much a holiday let. Pretty cramped, lacking in any drawers and minimal clothes hanging space. Awfully laid out kitchen.
