Air condition needed

The apartment is very conveniently located about 7 minutes on foot from the old town centre and there is also a nearby bus stop to get you to the station very easily. The flat is spacious and perfectly clean, I especially liked the shower, which had a strong water flow. The price was reasonable.

The apartment is on a main road, and thus is very noisy, as the cars drive there all night long. I understand why the owner would not live there. The restaurant just below the windows does not help the situation, although at least it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It would not be as bad, if there were air condition in the apartment and the windows could be kept closed during the night. The ventilator provides only little help in the summer heat. There is a big kitchenette, but apart from the dishes and cutlery it is not equipped at all. The wifi did not work.

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. It was bright and comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the city and a 3 minute walk to a supermarket and laundromat. Safe location. I would certainly stay here again.

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, and only one fan out of two that worked. First floor apartment, therefore a bit noisy with the windows open, but not a big deal. Overall, it was a very good.

Mancavano asciugamani Avrei gradito una coperta e due cuscini in più Il pavimento era sconnesso e mi faceva girare la testa Le tende erano rotte Quando facevo la doccia, il pavimento si allagava Non era chiaro come gettare l’immondizia

Troppo esposto ai rumori esterni e assolutamente insufficiente nella dotazione. Pentolame vecchio e scarso. Assenza di bollitore e tostapane.

Lauter Lärm in der Nacht, da keine Klimaanlage Fenster aufmachen nicht möglich da Strassenlärm viel zu laut, Keine Antwort vom Vermieter als Klopapier knapp wurde
