Experience this bright and practical apartment set on the first floor of a residential complex on the beach, which offers a relaxed base for a seaside stay, just moments from the beach and the lively coastal atmosphere of Porto Santa Margherita.
The living room is comfortably arranged with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and a welcoming seating area where you can unwind after a day outdoors. The open kitchen, fitted with a hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, allows you to prepare simple meals and enjoy flexible dining during your stay. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the fully equipped bathroom ensures everyday convenience. A private terrace extends the living space outdoors, offering a pleasant spot for morning coffee, quiet reading time, or evening relaxation in the fresh sea air.
Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool during warm summer days, and private parking adds to the ease of your stay. With the beach, promenade, cafés, and restaurants all within easy reach, the location makes it simple to enjoy everything this coastal resort has to offer.

We had a lovely stay at Belvilla by OYO Condor, The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to cook some meals, The beaches were just a short walk away, and honestly, we enjoyed the quiet vibes of the area, Nice to hit up Venice too since it’s not far!

This spot really surprised us! The open kitchen was perfect for family meals, and the nearby restaurants were within walking distance, The owners were super nice and gave us tips on where to go, It was so convenient to have free parking too, Just a heads up, pack light cause there’s a washing machine!
