Located within a peaceful residential complex in Caorle, this two-level villa offers the comfort of a private home with the bonus of shared resort-style facilities, ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxed Adriatic beach stay. On the ground floor, the living room features a seating area, TV, and a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, and fridge-freezer, making meal preparation easy during longer stays. A fully equipped bathroom on this level adds convenience. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds and an additional bunk bed, comfortably accommodating both adults and children. A second full bathroom and access to a private terrace complete the upper floor. Outdoors, guests enjoy a private garden furnished with garden seating and a barbecue, perfect for slow breakfasts and evening meals.
