The apartment is in the 7th arrondissement.
It is on the ground floor and consists of an open kitche, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen has electric cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator and all necessary utensils. The living room has a table for 4 people, a fireplace with an armchair and a stylish convertible sofa, minor upholstery. The bedroom has a queen size bed, cabinets and closets, an antique dresser / drawers and a sofa. The bathroom has shower cubicle, sink, toilet.
The apartment is really very quiet and quiet: all windows face an inner courtyard, accessible directly from the bedroom. There is free wifi internet and free phone on all landlines in the European Union, USA and Canada.
Transport is easy, thanks to the many bus and subway stations nearby and easy access to the train station and airports. Nearest parking garage is in Rue Montalembert at 200 meters.

This is an ideal location to walk to most of the galleries, museums and sights you are in Paris to see. As a solo woman (in my 60s) this building is on a main street with shops and restaurants so it felt very safe. There is a wine shop on the ground floor of the building, a boulangerie down the block and a full supermarket 2 blocks away. I stayed for a month and cooked almost all my meals in the apartment. The kitchen is tiny but all you really need. It could use a vegetable peeler, a paring knife and a better can opener but otherwise fine. The pictures do not show the new Ikea style daybed in the living room and the green arm chair is no longer in the apartment. I didn't sleep on the daybed it but it was comfortable for lounging and reading in the evening. The bed was soft on one side, very soft on the other, which suited me but might not suit everyone. This apartment was exactly what I expected and wanted. Good straightforward accommodation at a reasonable price in a superb location. Not luxurious but the price reflected it's simplicity. Personally I'd rather spend my money on sightseeing, wine and cheese and less on my accommodation. There was a little confusion over the meet up time to get into the apartment but in the end Georges arrived and was pleasant and explained everything I needed to know. All in all a great home base to explore Paris. I bought a 10 ride metro pass and in a month only used 8 rides - I walked everywhere from here.

Lovely stay in perfect spot, close to everything. We walked everywhere! We had three adult friends and felt we had just enough space. The apartment is cozy and light, with everything we needed. Thank you for helping make our Paris trip perfect!

The picture did not accurately reflect the unit. We were left with a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and told to go by our own as the owner was not coming to Paris to deliver. We did not expect to have to find a grocery store our first night. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. Being ARBNB owners this is unacceptable.
