We had a pleasant stay! The room was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served at a partner café, where the staff were equally friendly and the food was delicious. :)
One note: the building’s elevator was broken due to braking several times. Although this was unrelated to the hotel, it made bringing heavy luggage up and down the stairs challenging.

Very accommodating and nice ! Even out out a couple pieces of candy. Place was clean. Beds were pretty stiff and it was a 4 floor walk up.

Convenient location and clean room.
Shower drain seemed partially plugged.

I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The location is 15 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, 3 minutes from the metro and bus stop
Very thin walls, other guests were noisy at dinner and it kept me awake. The window had a view of generators which were also very noisy.
