Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room was a good size and location and it was very clean
Our door got banged on at 10pm however there are no reception staff available at that time so it was a little scary

It was such a pleasant stay for us. The hotel is located centrally, it takes 15 min to walk to the Spanish Steps or the Trevi Fountain. Colosseum is about 20 min walk. Many restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The room was excellent, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Kind and wonderful staff!

Location was perfect! Just a 5-10 minute walk from Roma Termini and the nearest subway station. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The building needs up keep. Doorway in the bathroom was falling apart and rotting away. No door sealing of the shower causing water to splash everywhere. Pillows weren’t comfortable at all.
