Location was perfect. We took the metro all over Rome and it was a one minute walk there. Lots of restaurants in the area. Overall great location.

Relatively easy walk from Termini and convenient for public transport to/from Borghese Gardens and Trestevere. We regularly walked to Trevi fountain and beyond. Not a flash hotel but clean and comfortable, great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the room.

The staff was AMAZING!! A large group of us unexpectedly arrived about the same time and the sweet lady checking us in was running us to rooms, checking in and never seemed frustrated or irritated. She handled us all with kindness and professionalism. Later in the stay I was able to talk with her without the chaos and she was so sweet and helpful. At checkout another sweet lady helped me with storing and then retrieving my luggage. Also so extra nice. The location was extremely walkable to shops, restaurants, beautiful churches and other sites to visit. I felt very safe walking alone in the area. One thing to note which is common almost everyplace here, if you have heavy luggage there are 6 or 7 steps to go up before you get to the elevator. All goes along with the older buildings. The elevator is small - again because of the building's age. All in all it was a very good experience.

As mentioned above, there are some steps before you get to the elevator which made getting luggage up and down a bit of challenge but that is because of the building's age.

Location was perfect! Just a 5-10 minute walk from Roma Termini and the nearest subway station. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The building needs up keep. Doorway in the bathroom was falling apart and rotting away. No door sealing of the shower causing water to splash everywhere. Pillows weren’t comfortable at all.
