Welcoming, Clean, Excellent location, staff polite and friendly The room was perfect for a base, children felt included, they made a real effort for our anniversary...
Only side note Breakfast area was a bit small you felt on top of other guests a few extra items would have been nice, was hoping for eggs as in scrambled or poached and they were just hard boiled

The room was clean, a little small for a group of four but we made it work. Breakfast was a buffet so that was great. The location was pretty nice too because it was near a lot of important tourist points.
Mosly that the room was too small for four people. The walls were also too thin because we could hear people in the hallway talking or walking back and forth. Other than those two specific things, nothing esle comes to mind.

Location was perfect. Close to train station. Refrigerator in room. Staff was great. Secured access.
Small bathroom especially the shower but it was the same in all the hotels we stayed at in Italy. You literally had to squeeze yourself inside.
