The hotel is very well situated with a lot of transport options like buses, metro and train. The staff was really nice and the room was clean every day which was great! We also had no issues regarding the wifi.
I think the room was a lot smaller than it seemed in the pictures and it was definitely not soundproof as advertised. We could perfectly hear the people next to us in the other bedrooms, we could hear cleaning in the morning, etc, which greatly impacted our sleep quality. We left our bags at the reception on our last day to enjoy a few hours before our departure and when we came back my bag was not properly closed and the combination code was different... I'm not sure what happened and I shrugged it off as my mistake but the combination code definitely changed and I managed to open it later with a youtube tutorial. Nothing seemed to be stolen but it wasn't great to think my bag was tampered with.
