This seems to be a trend, small “hotels” retrofitted into a large building. It’s like a B&B without the breakfast. The facility was clean, it had recently been renovated into nice rooms, but there is no lobby or other services.
Like I said, previously, there are no other services available. We had to go down to the street and hail a cab with the assistance of a local.

Amazing location in Rome, friendly and supportive staff, clean room, a bit small but peaceful, water/coffee/snacks are offered daily for free at the entrance, secure building with code entrance
Nothing to dislike :)

Very good location . Very clean and everything works ! All the essential things are neatly fitted .
I liked the wall decorations as well .
The sliding door of the shower was not easy to open .

It was a little more like staying in someone's house than I liked.
