Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who always greeted us with a warm smile. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location-wise, it couldn't be better; you can easily walk everywhere. Absolutely the right pick if you want an affordable, central stay.

Location and staff. Buffet counter
Too old drainage and water system in property.
The water was not filled fully at night, with no staff you need to wait until morning.
The kettle was not clean

Staff were lovely and welcoming
Towels were stained, we complained to the cleaner and nothing was done about it. Sink kept getting blocked. Lift was old style and would get jammed if visitors did close the doors after them. It also stank at times.
