The room was big enough for 4 people, it was clean and spacious enough to have a quick breakfast in the room. It was 10-15 mins walk from many of the famous places to visit, easy to get back even at night. The room was very quiet both day and night. The late check-in could be done online in advance - although a bit difficult with photos and selfies, but manageable and a big help for late arrivals.
There was a small common kitchen, with plates and etc, and some biscuits and coffee, which is a nice thing, but the coffee machine was not working properly. The coffee came out on the sides as well, and almost nothing to the cup. There were no microwave oven, which could have been a great help to heat our milk for the coffee/cocoa for the kids.

The location is perfect.
The bedroom was not very clean. The shower was in the bedroom (next to the bed), instead of in the bathroom. No bidet.
