Imødekommende vært. Pænt og rent værelse med fint lille badeværelse. Dejlig balkon. Det fungerede godt med morgenmad på de nærliggende restauranter “Rosemary” og “Timothy” med et meget imødekommende personale. God placering i et roligt område. Tæt på metroen og mange seværdigheder.

Manglede Wifi -vandet svigtede et par gange.

Placement in the city made it the perfect location to get to all the tourist spots quickly. Places like the Vatican were easily accessible via the train. All around a very friendly experience and lovely facilities offered.

My experience at this property was disappointing for several reasons. Upon my arrival, the communication was unclear regarding the services offered. In particular, it was never specified to me that luggage storage was not guaranteed on Sundays, which caused me great inconvenience, especially since I have difficulty carrying weights. This information should have been clearly communicated during the booking process or at least in the welcome message. Furthermore, after pointing out this lack of communication, I found myself accused of alleged damage to the room. The reality is that the bedspread that they accused us of damaging got wet with WATER. No negligence on our part, just a small accident due to a distraction by my friend who was not feeling well and the malfunction of the shower head that if not closed pressing the button hardly, it kept licking. The "stains" for which they charged us an extra cost post check out were in fact only WATER and consequently I refused to pay the unjust charge. In addition, the property made unfounded accusations about alleged damage to the Wi-Fi and the air conditioning remote control, things that we never touched or used improperly. The whole thing seemed to me to be an exaggerated and unjustified reaction after my report on the management of the luggage storage. The property is in a beautiful building and the rooms are very small but nice, but the walls are not thick and you can hear all kinds of noise. I have been traveling with Booking for over a decade and have never had problems of this type. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a negative impression on the seriousness of the management of the property.
