Great host, who communicates well. All necessary information was provided prior to the arrival and welcoming check-in. The host even provided different pillows after request, when the original pillows in the rooms where not well suited for me, which was great. The location is also very good, close to the Roma Termini train station, metro and bus. Attractions can also be reached by foot. Good value for money. The room was great too and quiet, with a nice courtyard view. Nothing to complain about and would definitely stay again, if travels bring me back to Rome in the future.
