One king bedroom with master bath, a bunk room with twin over full bunk bed with twin pull out trundle.

We stayed in this property to celebrate my daughter‘s sweet 16 birthday. We had the downstairs unit and it was absolutely beautiful. The location was super close to the beach and restaurants. The window was so convenient to just be able to feed people out on the patio, and it provides a nice breeze throughout the house when you leave it open. I would definitely recommend staying here. Super clean, very spacious, and the owner was easy to get a hold of and so kind. My daughter and her friends had the best time celebrating her birthday here.

Stayed for a week with my daughter, spacious, bright and very clean, all updated with modern appliances and great costal tasteful decor. Area felt very private with a beautiful patio set up. Perfect proximity to the beach and shops!

Very clean. Easy to access. Only a block or two from the beach. Can get a little noisy when there is a group living in the apartment above, but not a big deal. We were only using it as a place to stay when looking at colleges for our son, but has a lot of extras if you are there for a summer vacation and going to the beach etc.

What a great spot! We stayed with our family of four over Spring Break and LOVED this location. It's a quick walk to the beach, a park, and even a little mini mall. This was the perfect spot for us and it had all the extras - beach toys, boogie boards, flippers, towels. My only gripe is the weather wasn't great during out stay but that can't be controlled! :)

Our family had a wonderful stay at Wendy's beach bungalow. It was clean and a very short walk to the beach. Wendy had beach toys, boogie boards and chairs for our use which we really enjoyed and added a lot of value to our trip. Location was not just close to beach but also to restaurants and shopping.

Families with special needs children in wheelchairs always has its obstacles and challenges. We chose this place because it was floor level, Central A/C, Close walk straight to the beach, and garage tandem parking was a big + for van ramp and unloading. The wheelchair was easy to maneuver inside the unit and light furniture with enough space to rearrange. There is one step at front and sliding door and a high entry way step to get the wheelchair over but no problem with the help of another person or a small ramp would be perfect too. Everything is provided, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing paper towels, napkins, paper plates, and foil. Also bring a beach umbrella or pop up but all beach gear, nice thick beach towels, kids toys, and many chairs available. And bring a hotspot if internet/tv is important to you. Great time here, beautiful place!

The place was clean, updated very nice and close to the beach. The only thing not noted in the description is that it’s a duplex and the garage and washer/dryer is shared with an upstairs unit. It can be noisy at times hearing the unit upstairs. Wendy was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

This property is in a great location, close to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer! This particular unit is the downstairs unit. There is a shared garage space. Parking space is tricky and tight but definitely doable! We enjoyed renting bikes and biking around, walking to the beach and even walking through the neighborhood looking at all the really nice homes along the canal. This house is really well updated. Very clean and the checkin/out process was seamless. Was really easy to stay there and we really didn't need anything except food! Everything was there for us.

This was a great place to stay - it is in walking distance to the beach. Had beach chairs umbrellas and towels to use. The inside was nicely remodeled. Lots of space Just a note- there is another rental upstairs that isn’t in the description of the rental property. Was a little loud one evening.

We had at great time at Wendy’s property. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach on a quieter part of the peninsula. The unit itself was clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the outdoor space and bar set up that opens to the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay close to the beach.

The house looked brand new and was very well kept. I stayed at another VRBO in Newport and while the house itself was clean, when I opened the kitchen cabinets there were crumbs inside, some dishes were not cleaned properly, etc. That was not the case with this house. Everything was extremely clean inside and out. Although the house has AC there was a lock on the Nest thermostat so we could not make it any cooler and the house was very warm. I contacted the owner who immediately got back to me and unlocked the thermostat so we could adjust the temperature ourselves. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to have a floor fan for the second bedroom. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This place was exactly as pictured and more. It was very quiet. There was some construction next door but was only during the day when we mostly were away. We could barely hear the tenants upstairs and slept like logs in the comfy beds. There are not only dishes but pots and pans and other utensils so that you really don't need anything except maybe some seasonings to cook with. I had groceries delivered from Von's our first day. Wendy was so nice and easy to deal with. It really was seamless, which was great for my first VRBO experience. Great restaurants everywhere. The bunk bed was so much fun for our 7 year old daughter and she had plenty of extra comfy blankets too. We can't wait to come back!

Granddaughter, daughter and I needed a place for a short getaway. This was great! We were grateful to have parking in garage. Plenty of sleeping options for our party of 3 or for larger groups. Nice updated bathrooms. It was cool and breezy so we had to eat inside where only seating was at counter. Not the best for a 4 year old. Nice to have Netflix on all tv’s to keep her busy at night. Lots of beach toys, boards, chairs, wetsuits, etc
